I guess I wouldn’t see why not. I don’t think there’s anything in it that would be toxic to use on open wounds. There is another product from an online retailer called Clean and Pure baby balm, this you could definitely use on open wounds.
To be honest I found this product to work better than any I tried before it. The downside is it’s only 50g, but you don’t need much. It spreads very well with even half a pea size.
