Turn it off. Turn push the power button and hold it for a few seconds. You'll see it on your Bluetooth device.

Make sure bluetooth device is set tò full volume as well as speaker then just adjust one to lower volume

Hi there.. when I play my music or watch Netflix my phone's Bluetooth is connected to the mini tower it keeps stoping and starting so annoying. I try connecting my phone through an aux cable and that doesn't work at all.. am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I’ve just done a clean out and found a cheap old audio sonic portable Bluetooth speaker I brought from Kmart, possibly in 2015. It will be great to use for my child’s alarm clock but I have no idea how to change the time on there or set the alarm. I’ve pressed every single button in every way possible to change the time or set an alarm with no clue how too. If anyone knows what to do, can you please get back to me. I’m usually good with technology but this is just too awkward. Any ideas?

How do you use bluetooth on an AUDIOSONIC speaker?
Hi Ryuk. Put BLUETOOTH on at your tower speaker. Then get your phone or tablet go to "settings" click on BLUETOOTH the scan check for the audiosonic to come up. Then click on that NAME. If that doesnt work turn OFF your phone or tab to reset then restart to the above instructions.

How do I set radio stations on this product?
Hi Riki the only thing i know is you press the fast forward >> or fast rewind << to get the station and thats all you can do. When it lands on a good station, just sit and enjoy. Hope this helps. Even when were overseas it picks up the odd stations perfectly.

Anyone know how to manually set the stations??
My speaker only goes up to the volume ‘32’, can it go any louder? My speaker is very quiet.
Hi sorry did not answer you right away was away overseas. My speaker only goes to 32 and is very loud. Wife is always telling me to turn it down. You have to make sure your bluetooth device you are B.TOOTHING from is set to max volume. If you dont do that YES it will sound you have little too no volume.
TIP set both devices too MAX then you can change the volume by dropping it from your bluetooth device (phone or tablet ect)

So sorry i cant help you. All i know is mine you plug cord to AC and its on.
Really simple as that. Mine has never faulted. Maybe take back to Kmart an swap.

My tower the sound stopped working. The power runs to it. The phone slots in the top and the songs run on the phone but no audio at all for anything. Can you tell me is it the tower that has stopped working?

My tower is all BLUETOOTH no phone slotting in the tower sorry but never had this type of problem. Sorry i cant help. My tower only cost $29 and powered by AC & BLUETOOTH.

I actually plugged in headphones and they did not work, so unplugged it and then now NO SOUND plays at all..!!
Can it play music from a USB in the USB port?
Only from a USB media player.
