Hi Taylor, The base board for our Babybee DUO is different to our COMET and the parts are not compatible. We do not have the base boards of our DUO bassinets available as spare parts so to resolve this you would need to replacement bassinet.

This isn't possible on the Comet model. If you are looking at an in line double we do have the DUO2 model available.

Hi Gemma, We don't usually recommend taking our prams on flights as they will need to be checked in but in this case it looks as though you will need to do so to take it with you. You shouldn't have any issues checking it in but we would recommend putting it into the box it can in or something similar with plenty of protective packaging as well as checking with your airline if they cover any damaged cause to the pram if other heavy bags or rough baggage handlers cause damage.

Please also keep in mind we are unable to honour our warranty outside of Australia as we do not offer international shipping.

Hi Sean, No unfortunately, no pram bassinets will fit directly into a car. If you wish to use a car seat with your pram, you'll need to purchase a Car Capsule (from a brand like Maxi-Cosi) and then our Capsule Adaptors will let you use that capsule directly on your pram frame. Hi, I have a Babybee Comet Plus pram and need to replace the bassinet. Would the bassinet from Babybee Rover compatible with my pram? Thanks

Hi Alex, Thanks for getting in touch! The ROVER bassinet will not be compatible with the COMET PLUS. Unfortunately as this is a discontinued model, this part has sold out and we won't be getting any more in. The only thing we could suggest is checking Gumtree or Facebook Marketplace to see if anyone is selling the parts you need. Cheers, Babybee Prams

Hi Mel, Thanks for getting in touch :) The Babybee range is not designed for air travel due to the params size and weight. Please note that damage sustained during such transport is not covered under our warranty policy. If you're able to, we suggest purchasing a cheap, super lightweight option that you can check-in and not worry about it getting damaged. You'll find these for less than $100 at places like Kmart, Target or Big W.

There are several generic travel bag options available (mainly sold online) however they provide only cosmetic protection from scratches etc, they do not offer structural protection if another heavy object/s are placed on top of your pram.

If you do decide to take your Babybee, I'd just check with the airline what damage (if any) they will cover.
