Hi, is it normal for it to be difficult to push the duo2? It was purchased in 2023 and I've always had this problem and just lived with it. I'm only using it in the single mode at the moment so there isnt too much weight and I still can't maneuver it with one hand. This makes life difficult as my baby is a toddler now and likes to walk around as well as sit in the pram. I'm wondering if I have put it together wrong from the start or if this is normal. The wheels rotate weirdly and after stopping the pram you need to pull the pram back then forward to make the wheels go straight again. Thanks
Hi Hana, We would be very happy to help you with this. What you are describing does not sound normal, so it is definitely worth having our team take a closer look. Please reach out to our customer service team at au.support@babybeeonline.com and we will be able to guide you through some quick checks.
We look forward to helping you get this sorted.
Thanks, Erin
Hi, I am thinking to purchase a 2nd hand duo. How can I differentiate if it's a duo2 or duo3? Thank you.
Hi Isabel, Thank you for getting in touch! The main differences between the DUO2 and DUO3 are new and improved wheels, added bag hooks on the frame to hold your handle bar bag in place and new upgraded quilted organic liner and fabrics.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach back out!
Cheers, Abbey
Hi. Is the duo 2 and duo 3 bassinets compatible with each other?

Hi. I have only been using the duo3 for just over 3months and last night when I went to recline the toddler seat the buttons on the side weren’t working. They were almost in a flush position like I had no option to recline the seat it was just in the upright position. How do I fix this? Is this a common issue?
Carla
Hi Carla,
So sorry to hear you're having an issue with your pram.
Could you please send through an email to au.support@babybeeonline.com with a video of what's happening so we can better assess this for you?

What wheels are on the Duo2? It was bought 2023.
Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch!
The DUO2 has our Aeroglide™ wheels.
Please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team directly via our website if you require any further assistance.

Have the duo2 and isn’t even 12 months old. The swivel wheels no longer swivel great and they aren’t in the locked position. Why?
Hi Jen, So sorry to hear this! It may be that you need to remove your front wheels and clean the wheel pins and wheel hubs then lubricate with something like WD40. If this doesn't help please send through a video of the issue to au.support@babybeeonline.com

Hi I purchased the duo 3 recently. I have a 16month old and about to have another baby in a week. I’ve set up the bassinet and seat )bassinet on the bottom and I can figure out how to store anything underneath with either combo. Am I doing something wrong or is there just no storage when you have the two attachments?
Hi Carla, It is tight with the Bassinet/Seat combination. We found it's not the actual storage space that's the problem but being able to get things in/out of the storage space if that makes sense. When getting the pram out of the car, we tried to make sure whatever was going into the storage space i.e. baby bags was placed in the storage basket BEFORE connecting the bottom attachment. Then we would grab what we needed out of the bags rather than trying to take the bags out because it was tight. We found putting the bassinet at the top and the seat down at the bottom with the seat's footrest raised provided the best solution but you're right it is tight. We did have a look at some other prams but most double seaters of similar set up seem to have a similar issue with the bassinet. Once our little bub graduated out of the bassinet after 6 months and into a second seat, the issue went away.
I hope this helps.
Hi Carla,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Simon has given a great response here and loading your basket before putting the upper seat or bassinet on will help this issue.
If we can help with anything else please get in touch.

Hey everyone, A friend of mine is giving me her duo3 pram as she no longer needs it. I am so excited for this as this was the pram I wanted while pregnant but couldn’t quite afford at the time. We ended up with the Jengo Panorama xt which I absolutely love but I couldn’t resist saying yes to getting the duo3. My only concern is - I have a Mazda 2 neo hatchback (2017). The Jengo fits in the boot perfectly (apart). I currently only have 1 baby whose nearly one so I’ll only be using one seat. Does anyone have a small car like mine who could give me some feedback? My friend has sent the pram already but I just want to see what I’m in for haha
Hi Katelyn! Thanks for getting in touch and asking such a great question! I will attach a link that we have with Duo2 prams folded in various car boots and the dimensions. The Duo2 and Duo3 have the same folded dimensions!
https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.136127052310659&type=3 Folded with seat on: L92cm x W60cm x H43cm
Please let me know if you need further help with this!
Kind regards, Jess
Im about to buy this pram for my 6month old and my 2.5yr old toddler (seat & seat) can anyone confirm how easy it is to fold into boot with 2 seats? And can you fold it with both seats attached?
Hi Ann, To fold our DUO3 you will need to remove the seat in the lower position. The top seat can remain on the frame but will need to be in the forward facing position. Alternatively the seats are super easy to remove and this will allow you jigsaw the parts around in your boot to maximise space.
Please get in touch if you have any other questions.

Help!one of the back wheels on my sister's Duo2 keeps falling off! It doesn't click in properly, just falls out. It's not the wheel itself because we swapped them around and that side is still the problem. Nothing appears to be stuck inside the hole. The release button works fine until the wheel is in, in which case it doesn't click all the way out so the wheel isn't locked in. We need help! The pram is unusable :(
Hi there!
Please email us at au.support@babybeeonline.com.au and we can help you there.
Kind regards, Jess
Hi, my sister did but didn't hear back unfortunately.
Hi Aimee,

Hi, is it possible to replace the brown leather parts on the duo handlebar? Mine is starting to peel off.
Hi Claudia!
We do sell replacement handlebars, so feel free to email through to au.support@babybeeonline.com.au and we can help you out.

Can you use the duo 2 with only one seat for air travel?
Hi Joanna, The Duo2 is too large to be taken on board for carry on, but if you are able to purchase a travel bag you can check the pram in! Please note that our Duo2 is not designed for air travel so any damage sustained on a flight is not covered under our warranty policy and we do not make a travel bag for the Duo range.
Kind regards, Jess
I have just purchased a second hand duo 2, I did not notice at pick up but when I’ve used it for the first time one of the rear wheels came off while pushing. I have tried to get it back in but seems the clip is not coming all the way only when wheel is in - or wheel won’t go in far enough. What do I do to fix it? The other side is fine, I can’t see anything preventing it going in properly. Thanks
Hi Sally,
Please get in touch with our customer service team on au.support@babybeeonline.com so that we can assist further for you.

I’ve just purchased a second hand Duo - I feel like this will be a silly question, but can the accessories be interchanged between the duo2 and the duo?
Hi Jessica,
Most of the accessories and spare parts are compatible between all of the DUO models :)
If you have any questions at all, please reach out!

Hello, my capsule adapter is stuck in the capsule!! It’s meaning I can’t use capsule in car.. I promise I purchased the matching adapter (maxi Cosi capsule) …
Hi Andie, I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your capsule adaptors! There are buttons that are a bit hidden in the fabric of the capsule on either side by the capsule handle. Those are the buttons to release the capsule from the adaptors.
If you need any more help please reach out to the Customer Service team on au.support@babybeeonline.com

Is this suitable to newborn twins?
Hi, Thank you for reaching out :) The DUO2 can be used for newborn twins when used with bassinets or capsules. You would need to purchase the DUO2 in the double - seat and bassinet set and then add on an additional bassinet. Purchasing the DUO2 as a double means will you will have adaptors needed to use 2 bassinets. If you would like to use the DUO2 with 2 capsules then you will need to purchase 2 additional sets of capsule adaptors.
If you have any further questions please reply to this thread or email the customer service team at au.support@babybeeonline.com

Hi I brought a babybee duo second hand and I was just wondering if the seat Can come off the frame to be washed in the washing machine?
Hi Karly, Our DUO seat can not be removed from the seat frame for cleaning. To clean we recommend vacuuming up any dust and debris (like those biscuit crumbs that get everywhere!) or removing them with a dry dry tooth brush before spot cleaning with warm water and a mild detergent as required. We do not recommend submerging any part of your seat, bassinet, frame or basket and the excess water can damage the internal structures.
Feel free to email au.support@babybeeonline.com if you need any further guidance.
Cheers, Shannon
