How do you release the Ubolt. I need to do this to get the drip tray out - any ideas?

Grasp it firmly and pull! But brace yourself because it suddenly pops out. To get it back in I give it a firm whack.

Make sure you keep the hood down so the top is balanced, and, secure the top. The top is very easy to tip over when you pull the u pin.

Any Bugg Beefeater owner having issue with the left burner?

Mine is making a hissing sound when temp is set at the lowest level. Once I turned it to a slightly higher temp, the sound is gone. However I do not have such issue with the right burner.

Yep that happened to mine to the first time I used it. I took it back within 3 weeks of having it. It's terrible take it back and buy a webber. The Bugg is cheap mass produced Chinese junk.

Can someone please advise how to unlock the u bolt, so that I can access the grease tray?

Thank you

I returned mine to the show because it was such poor quality and the design is terrible, hence the reason you are finding it difficult to release the grease tray. I think you have to undo bolts to remove it from what I can remember. If I was you return it, get your money back and buy a webber. You will not regret. Trust me.
