Beforepay Questions & Answers
VerifiedIf I borrow $2000 what are the repayment schedule
So I went from having a 500 dollar limit.. Replayed it on time, actually before the due date.. Only to have my redraw limit squashed to $50.. Why beforepay? Do you not want our business?
Hello Stephe. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. With our Pay Advance product, once a pay advance is settled, the customer's cash out limit is re-assessed and the amount can increase, decrease, or remain the same. Our support team will be able to review and discuss these changes in your account with you. You cam reach out to them at suppport@beforepay.com.au. Thanks!
Can I get more cash out if I haven’t finished paying my old balance off? I’m not late repaying or anything but just need a bit extra this week until payday but I still owe one more payment back on my old cash out which is not due until next week
Nope. Definitely not. You can only withdraw once previous balance is repaid. And don't rely on the new offer being the same as previous. I went from $1200 which I repaid in full early and the next offer was $50.
Hello Kayla. Currently there can be one active pay advance to any customer sorry. Once a pay advance is settled, the customer's cash out limit is re-assessed and the amount can increase, decrease, or remain the same. Hope this helps!
Quite disappointed. I’ve been using before pay for two years now and have never missed a payment. I went to cash out today and the limit has dropped from $1300 to $50. I’ve never had a problem paying back my loan in the time I’ve used Beforepay.
Same thing just happened to me. I'll be deleting this app now
Me, too. Very disappointed
Hi I was late repaying a loan now they're not letting me cashout again .. how long is the ban ? Will they let me cashout ever again or am I forever not allowed ? Thanks
I did a cash out of $100, but i havent gotten the money, but everything has been approved and ive gotten money out before, anyone know why? I really need it
Hello Mandy. Thank you for reaching out. If you can send us an email at support@beforepay.com.au, our agents will check this our for you immediately.
Can I access extra money from my before pay
Hi Carol I use zip pay and have no problems. There will be limits to the amount accessible.
To whom it may concern, I am a customer of 6 mths, have never had issues with borrowing from Beforepay and never had an issue paying them back, And now after my last payment was made they are telling me i now have $0 to cash out, can someone lighten my day and explain why i cant access anymore,,,,, Regards Cliff
Im the same always paid on time now a lousy $50 limit, they reckon my centrelink is higher than my salary, well its not, i emailed them, facebook messenger no reply, seems there customer service needs improving
Im trying to set up a repayment plan I'm unaware of what to do.
They are really unhelpful when I tried to do the same. Email them and tell them exactly how much you can afford and when you can give it. Don’t let them refuse as you always have to have enough for essential living costs before debts
Thanks mate, that bit of information was surely helpful
When I first started using Beforepay, I was only allowed to cashout $100.
Currently, it has since increased to $250 because I have been using the cash outs and making repayments on time.
Will my cashout increase if I keep using Beforepay more often (irrespective of my salary of $55,000)?
Thanks
How long did it take to go from 100 to 250 I’m waiting on an increase I always pay on time, just curious and sorry I can’t answer your ??
If it's any help, I started using Beforepay around 6 months ago initially with a cash out limit of $100 which increased to $250 and then to $550
Make sure you update your budget on your app that shows that you are aware of your spending. Their algorithm can pick up weather you are compulsive spender, paying your bills on time and receive regular income. I was sceptical at first but not anymore as I have now picked up on how to do and follow a simple budget.
Can you resolve taking payments ?
Dont understand your question??? Pretty straight forward company..they pay you what they think you can afford..you pay them back at payday and they give you awesome options on how to pay them back with really minimum fees for the experience.. Really a great service from a pretty easy to deal with organisation! I recommend them to anyone who needs cash fast
Are you able to confirm what payment options are available? as I had to close my account recently in relation to security recommended by my bank and I am reaching out to before pay to securely make a payment, the only option I have been provided with is to email bank account details to Zendesk which causing financial stress/ anxiety.
I would very much appreciate if you could outline the awesome payment options? As I have resulted in sacrificing credit reporting by asking the service to refer the outstanding to a creditor so I can simply complete a payment through a secure payment gateway/ verbally / direct transfer / check / cash / bpay.
Provision of bank account details by email is not recommended by ACCC.
Your feedback is appreciated.
Hi, Please be aware that we offer several secure and private payment methods. These include: - Direct payment within the app, this aligns with your agreed repayment schedule when you Cash Out with us - PayID, when these payments cannot be made our support team will work with you to provide PayID details. This process works similarly to BPAY or a Bank Transfer - Direct Bank transfer, if neither of the above can be made our support team will provide a BSB and Account Number for you to make your payment to.
Please reach out to our team at support@beforepay.co and request for details of one of the above methods to make your payment privately and securely.
Thanks,
Beforepay Team
