My Innatal Plus pills , the powder inside the pills has some black spots, is this the way it is or something went moldy inside?

Ive been taking them now for about 5 days and am having trouble going to sleep too. The vitamin B has given me more energy and I feel more alert which is good but can't switch off at night. Have restless legs too.
I was warned by my pharmacist to take it during the day as it could keep me awake. Is it possible that they have a stimulant effect on newborns?
My newborn has been having difficulty sleeping during the day, catnaps (sleeps 10-15mins blocks) from 10am- 4/6pm, and I usually take the vitamins at 9am.
