My WAE24462AU/24 washer had an error message F 21 so l changed the carbon brushes and now have F 63 error. Please advise how to fix.

F:18 error - I've checked the pump and siphon for blockage and will need to call in as they don't seem blocked.
HOWEVER: I still have a load of washing in the machine and as the machine won't complete a drain cycle I can't unlock the door. Is there another way of unlocking the door so I can remove the washing while I'm awaiting a service visit? Thanks.
How often should i do the maintenance on page 10 of manual?
i have had an F16 error code on my machine. I have replaced the door lock and it is still coming up with this error. Any ideas?
sorry I can't help I have had no problems with the machine other than the towels come out like sand paper, no matter what I do. Just waiting for an excuse toget rid of it and get a decent top loader.

I have a 7 year old Bosch WAE24462AU washing machine which now the drum is not moving with an F21 code, I reset that but still not working, any ideas anyone?
Replace worn brushes and problem solved
Yep already did that as they were worn down and still not working, most likely a motor issue so it's headed for the scrap heap, not great from Bosch, expected the machine to last way more than 7 years.
I had this machine for 6 years, works okay until yesterday, machine turns on, only few minutes machine stopped, then turned off, total blank on display . I restart, it is same problems over again, even turn on spin circle, it stopped and turn off few minutes later, so, the machine is dead, unable to use it.
We are only using 2 washers every week, the machine is only 6 years old, is it normal life expectancy of Bosch washing machine?we always take good care of it per manual. Our previous cheap brand front load washing machine lasted more than 10 years
Can you advise how much will It cost to replace the faulty parts?
Do all front loader washing machines have the same size lids?
No Idea.......I've only had 2 brands - LG and Bosch - can highly recommend Bosch over LG and the openings at the front were of similar size
URGENT... WE have a Bosch front loader WAE22466AU that has the error F21 code come up quite a bit in the LESS THAN FIVE YEARS that we've had the machine for. Now we have the F21 error code mid wash and we can't get it off. Please help - we are in NZ and machine is less than 5 years old, which is not very satisfactory at all.

My machine is just over 5 years old and used probably on average twice a week. For the past few months, its depositing some sort of sludge on the finished wash. I have cleaned the seal but this didnt change anything. Anyone else had a similar experience. I really expect a machine to last a lot longer given its frequency of use.

How to get rid of the black stuff on the rubber seal?
Hi Kamil, Thanks for your question regarding your Bosch WAE24462AU Washing Machine. 1. Make a paste out of baking soda and water and smooth it over the black marks, leave it on for at least an hour then wipe the paste away. The black should come away with the paste, if the stains are stubborn, you may need to re-apply some paste and repeat the process.
Once the paste is wiped away, put the machine on a 90 degree Cotton cycle with no detergent or clothes, this will help flush away any excess build up.
2. To stop the problem occurring again you can;
a) Give the seal a wipe over when the washing has been taken out.
b) Once you have given the seal a wipe, you can leave the door slightly open allowing the machine to dry out.
c) Make sure you're using detergent for front loaders only.
d) Reduce the amount of powder in the wash, If you see any extra suds in the drum during washing, there is too much powder in the wash. You should reduce the amount even more if you choose the lighter loads on Easycare or Delicates.
e) If you tend to choose low temperature cycles for your regular washes, it is recommended you do a 60 degree wash every couple of weeks to dissolve any leftover powder in the machine.

How can I stop a wash cycle? I can see that the colour is draining from the fabric and I want to stop it and remove the article

Select start/pause button, Select Off on program dial, Select Spin or Drain on the program dial and start program, once the cycle has ended the door will open.

The cotton Cycle without having gone into the rinse cycle yet, seems to use so little water that the wash is barely moist (we are talking about a load of 4 kg) the outcome being white towels remain slightly grey; we are not used to that from our previous Miele washer. Any comments please?
My towels were also a little grey. So I increased the temp to 40 and that seems to have worked. Also every now and then I add some vanish napisan .
