VerifiedMPNs: 667359, 7981 and BNE800BSSmilk wand stops and shuts off the machine in the middle of the frothing cycle. The machine won't turn back on. I have to unplug it for a few minutes for it to even turn on. We have had the machine for less than a month.
My machine is stuck in descaling mode. I know everyone says follow it through completely. I have done this 15 times now. Followed steps methodically Husband & son also tried. Will not come out of descaling mode. Very annoying.

My Creatista is stuck in descale mode for the 3/4th time (I’ve lost count), as I write! An electronic issue (motherboard) maybe? Breville/Nescafe should be dealing with this issue in a responsible way! After the last fix, I thought they had permanently disabled the descale function, but no… I can only imagine how many obsolete Creatista coffee machines are sitting on the junk heap right now! So much for the current mantra ‘save the planet, CREATE less waste’ ethos!
My creatista plus has stopped puncturing my pods and the water isn’t hot? I’ve tried running the lungo option several times as well.
If its still under Warranty I would return it as you will have no end of troubles.
Hi There if you open the leaver where you insert the capsule and carefully put your finger inside you should feel a bumpy surface scrub that 15-20 times with a tooth brush should fix the capsule not pearcing
We were doing a routine descale. The machine does not finish. We have followed the buttons flashing suggestions from book but we can not move it from this program. Any suggestions? Our machine is just over 2 years old and has been maintained regularly.
We have a creatista uni which wasn't brilliant. Milk frother didn't really work at all, the jug had to sit on the unit to work. Also the tank floater has broken so it doesn't work. We are on tank water. Is it worth the extra to get one of these? Does the milk frothing actually work?
The milk frother stops before the milk is hot & the message is “Return steam tip onto the steam wand”.... the steam wand is clean & reattached as it should be& all maintenance done correctly
The same thing happened to me I rang the customer 24hour service and organised it for a repair /inspection. After a week the service centre contacted me and told me that they will replace the machine as they can’t repair it!! Winning thank god the machine was still under warranty.
Kerry if your machine is still under warranty they will replace it with a brand new one. Winning!!
Thank you Val, unfortunately it is almost 3 years old. Nespresso are sending me a new steam tip .
Did the new wand tip solve the problem? I have the identical issue
I haven’t yet received the new tip. Unfortunately the machine stopped working altogether, & is now on its way back to Nespresso.
We got new tip in also, and same result. Attach steam wand warning and no froth, machine is 2 years old approx

I replaced the steam tip on August 2019 due to a cracked seal all worked perfect then. My machine is 3 years 4 months old now and I have the fault "return tip to steam wand", the milk does not froth or get hot. Went through the reset procedure, that has not worked. It is off to the repairer in the morning, not holding out hope that it will be able to be fixed.
What was the outcome Peter? My machine has same issue. Nespresso giving me the option of spending to see if it can be fixed or buying new machine. Of course, they’re not mentioning that this is a known problem.
I returned my machine to Nespresso, also 3 years old, and they repaired it free of charge, very happy.it works well now
Why does my creatista keep telling me to attach steam tip. I have done all the maintenance required and the steam tip is firmly attached.

My machine went to Nespresso for maintenance, but it was unable to be fixed and Nespresso sent me a new machine. How good was that!!

My ring in the steam wand is damaged what should i do
I’ve not had a problem with mine sorry. But my daughter did have some issue with her steam wand after she’d had it almost a year. Mind you, they use it constantly so it’s done well. But they rang Nespresso and they replaced the machine. Give Nespresso a call.
Or if it’s the little rubber ring inside the wand, then any plumbing/ hardware shop will replace it for under a $1.

hey jinal did your steam wand issue resolve? I'm from India too and mines suddenly stopped working. if you had to change something where did you take it as India doesn't have an authorised nespresso dealer. ill try descaling in a bit but im not sure it'll work.
