When the machine start working, lots of water are going from the filter. I changed the gasket and continue the same even without coffe the water is coming from the same area. How can I stop this problem?

I have a Duel Boiler coffee machine (BEP920) that is working perfectly, however the "DE SCALE " display wont go away despite completing the De scale clean with no problems. I have read online that you can restore factory settings to fix the issue however this will void all other cleaning reminders for future cleans ect . Is there an easy way to get rid of this reminder .
Why can't I call Breville Australia Support phone line (1300 139 798)? The recorded message says "all our staff are in training, so please send an email instead". It has been this way for months! This is terrible service from such a huge company.

Why doesn’t breville bring back the pancake maker that you flip over it was the best ever bought one when first came out and it has just died so I bought a four in one hopeless it flattens the pancake if you have an old one available let me know

I have a Breville juice crusher SKU BJS600. Working beautifully until this morning and seemed to be "straining" and made a slightly weird noise while I was crushing my chopped beetroot apple and celery. (Make these every week).
I could not Unlock the top and cannot seem to undo the screw that is underneath either to release.

How from the machine should the cord extend?
Hi Robyn,not sure which machine your referring too,but with some Breville appliances there is an area for excess cord underneath the base to be stowed safely.If its a Dolce Gusto machine,its generally supplied with a very short red power-cord.As a general safety tip,all powercords should be untied/untangled from packaging ties and full length used where possible.Refer to supplied or download user manuals from manufacturers website..it should be listed in 'safety precautions' section or you can ring manufactures for advice if no manual available...hope this helps. I've had 4 smart ovens since they were released to the australian market, I have 3 homes I live in a few months of the year, the older 2 of the ovens seem to work and last fine, the newest and most expensive with the slow cooker program, the bottom element has burnt out after 14 months, and you can NOT buy replacement elements here in Australia??? WHY?? I have a houes full of Breville, Never buying one again, NO AFTER SALES SERVICE, just buy cheap and replace as required CRAP SERVICE Royce Fox
