Hi .... I got this pram as a gift few months back but I noticed that the front wheels are shaking uncontrollably. I dont have the proof of purchase. What should I do? Thanks

Hey my front wheels are shaking uncontrollably too, the only way to fix it is to put the wheel locks on but unfortunately then you can make turns without tipping the pram over. I got mine at Baby Bunting and they keep a record of all purchased under my membership card. Does the shop you purchased yours from have a membership thing? Mine is back in the factory for a second time getting the wheels repaired.

Also is this handle reversable? How do you have baby rearward facing without capsule or bassinet?

The handle doesnt reverse. But that never worried me personally. And bub didnt care. There is a peek a boo window to check on bub.

No, the handle isn't reversible. I used the capsule for the first couple of months while bub was small so he could face me. I would recommend using the capsule as you can take baby in and out of the car without waking them up. However, I was comfortable putting baby in the pram and keeping an eye on him through the mesh window on top of the hood. I clipped a muslin wrap to the hood to keep my baby cosy and covered. It also stops people from sticking their heads or hands in and touching your newborn!

has anyone used this pram for new born? how does it go without using capsule?

For the first little while I just used the capsule, but my baby was prem so he was too small without the capsule. I never did get one, but i would have used a new born head support. When my baby was still small but out of the capsule I clipped a muslin wrap to the open hood to keep him feeling more secure and I liked him being covered so people wouldn't stick their hands or heads in either. My baby is almost 1 and I still love this pram! I hope this helps.

We used it from newborn but without a capsule. My Daughter happily slept in the pram for hours while we were out! Its got a huge hood on it so bub is completely covered. I cant fault it for newborns at all! She is now 6 months old and still sleeps great in it when i need her to. I just bought a comfy liner for it. But it comes with a couple of atatchments for capsules if u really needed to use a capsule.

Oh that's great. there are just so many options its abit overwhelming. I don't want to spend a crazy amount on a pram and love the look of this one. can I ask what type/brand car seat you used if no capsule was used when newborn?

Hi Alisa, i have 2 seats for bub, Infa secure Neon on special for about $160 but full price was $199 from Big W. Excellent seat!! And has extended rear facing (my average sized 6 month old still has 2 inches or more to grow before i will turn her forward facing) and a Mothers Choice 0-4 seat which is extended rearfacing too $179 from Target. Cant fault these seats. There is really not much point in spending a huge amount on car seats as the all meet and exeed Australian standards.

Would my small 4yr old be to big for this pram? I unfortunately don't drive due to medical reasons.

Hi Faye, thanks for your question. The Agile SP is suitable from birth up to 29kgs., it also has the tallest seat height at 52cm. Please feel free to give us a call on 1300 303 330 if you would like to discuss this with us, kind regards, The Britax Team.

Hi Faye, I actually bought this pram with the intention of using it from the birth of my baby until he's too big for a pram as the weight goes up to 29kgs. My baby is only 9 months old and I still love this pram and I still believe I won't need another pram or stroller until he no longer needs one. It's easy to fold/unfold, fully reclines for naps, has great accessible storage underneath, is lighter in weight compared to other similar prams and has a great shade canopy to cover baby/child. I would recommend, if you are able to, visit a store that sells this pram and give it a test run with your 4 year old. I couldn't recommend this pram highly enough! Best of luck.
