Hi there

I am really wanting to purchase this pram I love everything about it however after a lot of bad reviews online about it ‘tipping’ I tested it in person and it really does tip. We tried it going around corners of the aisles at Baby Bunting and it does go onto the two side wheels. And that was a completely flat surface.

It’s obviously because the two back wheels are narrower and the two front wheels are wider (when most prams have the opposite… the 2 back wheels are wider than the 2 front ones).

I’m wondering if this problem is being addressed given so many reviews/feedback about this (a quick google of ‘Bugaboo Butterfly tipping’ will bring up many posts from mums on forums, blogs, comments on YouTube reviews and reddit etc) anytime soon, as if so I’d rather wait to buy the new version instead of buying another brand. Or is that unlikely anytime soon?

Thank you

Hi, I just purchased a bugaboo Butterfly and despite it ticking all the boxes when I did my research (watching hours of videos and reviews) it appears that the Australian version does not have the same recline as the European or American models. It is barely a recline and essentially upright. Why is this? The overseas models seem to have a decent recline more. Such a shame, I am considering selling my butterfly for another pram. Having had 4 bugaboos over the last 7 years this is sad. I’m a big fan!

I believe this is because Aus has some regulations in relation to how far a travel stroller can recline?! I remember seeing it mentioned there being a difference with Aus and another country when researching the pram!!
