Bugaboo Lynx Questions & Answers
VerifiedI’m wondering what other fabrics are compatible with the bugaboo lynx?
Purchased our bugaboo lynx in 2020, after falling in love with the display pram at baby bunting. Out bub hated the bassinet so we didn’t use the pram much until she could sit into he seated position. The front right wheel would jam multiple times, especially when crossing the road and there have been several times my pram almost flipped in front of cars when crossing at the lights. Baby bunting got in touch with bugaboo and the front wheels and chassis were replaced (the service was prompt and amazing). However I am stil noticing that when I am walking around the streets and through the local park the front right wheel is still getting jammed and forcing the pram to go up and over. Has anyone who has had their parts replaced experienced the same? I am not the only one who has experienced this, it is also happed when my husband and father pushes the pram.
Oh my goodness we had exactly the same problem and had a replacement. However even after replacement the wheel started jamming after 2 months and in fact my pram flipped and injured my son. I returned the pram immediately and got a refund but I am so upset this is occurring. Also I spoke with baby bunting and the store lady said it is a major issue in America with the lynx model
Be careful also as baby bunting manager was trying to say we could only have store credit but I checked their website and it states if a product is faulty we are entitled to a full refund especially if it is a safety concern
Hi Rachel J., Thank you for your question about this. We are sorry to hear you are still having issues with your Bugaboo Lynx front right wheel. This should not be happening if you had replaced all components provided to you during the initial service claim. The front swivel wheel should swivel the full 360 without coming to a stop when unlocked. Could you please reach out to our service team so they can look into this and rectify it for you. Their contact is service.au@bugaboo.com
Thank you kindly, The team at Bugaboo

Hi,
Is it possible to fold down the bassinet to make it for in my car boot along with the pram frame?
Thanks
Hey guys, My partner and I just purchased the Bugaboo Lynx today from our local Baby Bunting. It’s great and we really love it however the bassinet piece seems to be really wobbly when attached to the pram. Has anyone else had a similar experience, or have I maybe put it together incorrectly ( although I don’t think I have) ?
Hi, It is probably corrrect, it needs to wobble for suspension purposes I believe
I found a similar problem. I was also disappointed that we had been mis-informed that their was a frame for the seat and a frame for the bassinet just like the uppababy Cruz however when we got it home we found there is only one frame.
Hi Mike,
Can you please reach out to our service team at service.au@bugaboo.com? Our team will help with this enquiry.

I have just purchased a bugaboo lynx and the bassinet is very wobbly, am I doing something wrong with putting it together, how do I make it still ?
Hi Brooke N. Thank you for the question. Some movement is normal due to our suspended bassinets however as you have described it as very wobbly we would like to look into this for you. Can you please reach out to our customer service team at service.au@bugaboo.com? Please include your proof of purchase, your serial number and a video of the bassinet on the pram. Our team will do their best to assist you with this.
Thanks, The Bugaboo Team
