Why can't we buy the Blue Label 100's tea bags any longer and why does the 50's pack have a different taste. I no longer look forward to my cup of tea.

Why have you stopped making the bushells blue label extra strong leaf tea in the 250 gram packets, replaced with 180gram packets?

I love bushels tea bags for goodness sake what’s going on with the actual structure of the tea bag !!!!!!!!! Honestly I go to make a cup of tea, firstly you can’t get the tag of the actual teabag without tearing it, slow and steady you proceed to make the tea. I like my teabag to steep for a bit then low and behold you attempt to take out the teabag and end up with the tag that hopefully didn’t tear the teabag along with the string and no teabag. What the hell ??

Most other suppliers staple the tea bag string to the tea bag, Bushels have opted to use a glue which is failing badly for us customers. You will have between 25%/50% ruined cups of tea, that's a lot of money when you work it out. complain and ask for a refund, phone number is on the box of tea bags

Firstly, is Bushells taking any notice of the comments above? I'm here because I've been purchasing both ordinary Blue Bushells teabags and the decaf night time. Recently my local IGI has twice had ordinary tea (ie not decaf, night time) in the box labelled decaf but no decafe label on the bags. Of course there is no way to check in the supermarket because each box is sealed in a soft plastic bag! My regular tea this morning had a definite perfume taste. Comments on split bags and tags coming off is also correct. It might be time to give up a lifetime of Bushells Tea. Is Bushells addressing these issues? Perry

Bushels like most big organizations generally ignore your complaints. the only time they will react is when you take your business ElseWare.

Was there any other label than Blue?

have been buying bushells tea for over 40 years; very difficult to buy the blue label leaves. When you do find a few packets; the tea is powdery, very small leaves and does not taste the same, no flavour anymore. Why is this?

I don’t know about the leaves. We went off them ages ago. Now going off the tea bags because they come apart at the top and you finish up with a cup full of leaves to spit out at the bottom of the cup.

I purchased a 100 pk of Bushells Blue label teabags but am disappointed with this box as at least every third teabag the label comes off even pulled gently out from the bag itself. I always buy this product and like the tea.

yes they have been like this for some time , I haven't bought bushells for a long time now because they became to weak in flavour for me and recall the ends coming off frequently.
