It seems like the seat doesnt goes flat.
Should we buy bassinet type pram?
Hi. Sorry for the late reply. My memory was that we could recline the seat all the way until it was flat or almost flat. I used it with a newborn. Perhaps there's a lock you need to access or you have a different seat. I think the model has been discontinued so I suggest you contact the manufacturer or distributor.
Can someone please give me their contact number as the one above doesn't work or email address? Thanks!

I have recently bought a Combi Urban Stroller Prestige from Baby Bunting in Ringwood. Last one on the floor as they have discontinued it. Not sure why but we never got the boot cover with the stroller,. How can I get one?
Not sure sorry, I'd call baby bunting first, then try Combi themselves.
Hi there. We do keep parts for this model so please contact us on Ph 02 8002 3726.
Hi,
My baby is due to be born in October this year, coming up to Summer and just wondering whether it's worth to get the Combi Urban Walker Prestige with the boot cover for a newborn as it will be likely be hot in Sydney. The boot cover was the main reason I was considering the UWP - does anyone have any experience regarding the use of the boot cover in different weather?
Thanks
I wouldn't buy this pram based on the boot cover, a lot of prams have these that are much more practical (the strider compact for example)
The boot cover serves a few functions; one it makes a cosy environment for your baby by closing off the end of the stroller seat and two it keeps the son of your baby's legs. While the boot cover is nice for winter you will still need to wrap your baby in a blanket as the boot cover serves more as a wind break. So in summary, the boot cover is a nice feature which tends to be appreciated more in winter however it's great in all seasons. One last benefit which may not mean much to you if this is your first baby, the boot cover will save you from losing shoes and sucks which invariably fall off when you are on the move.
Thanks for the replies! I have been shopping around but find the Combi range quite a good fit for my needs and was just wondering if I needed to bother with the boot cover or go for an even lighter model without it as I am a small person... Interesting to know about having the cover save against losing shoes and socks - never thought of this!!
The seat looks really narrow. Wondering if it would fit average size of 3 year old?
Combi seats are triangular in shape, narrower at the top and widest between the armrests at the front. The idea is the seat snuggles the child so they feel cosy. This is especially nice for a newborn baby where they are often lost in large open shapeless seats. In addition, the seat is quite long in the fully upright position. Given this, an average 3 year old will comfortably fit the seat bearing in mind that the seat will hug the child at the shoulders. In the fully reclined position the seat is shorter, (given the headrest flips up at the end) however there are seat base extenders to extend the front of the seat. In saying all this, 3 years is nearing the full capacity in both size and weight capacity of this and most prams so once you go 3 and above the roomiest option will be a large three-wheeler.
Hi, It would definitely not fit a three year old. My son is around 7ish kg / 67 cm & width wise that just fit him perfectly. In term of length, there are quite long so he still grow into it. I have an maclaren Xlr & the is super spacious, but does not have rear facing. Which is a bummer.
I noticed on some sites that the handle was being advertised as 'good for tall people'. I'm only 5"4 (163cm). Does that mean this pram would not be suitable for me? Is the handle height adjustable?
Hi Michelle. The Urban Walker handle is just over a metre high (and fixed) so it's about average height however given it has two wide-set rear wheels this provides plenty of room for tall parents as they can essentially stride-out between the back wheels. So in summary the handle height is average so it should be fine.
Hi Michelle. I don't think the handle is adjustable but I'm 5'3" and it's very comfortable for me.
My Wife is 5"5 and i am 5"7 and i think it is fine.
It is a good pram, go try it out to make sure it is suitable for you.
Hi Michelle7 I am 5"7 and find this pram fantastic when it's forward facing for tall people, due to the above waist height handle and larger stride space. When the is rear facing (ie. baby facing you), I tend to trip up on the wheels due to the smaller stride space on the smaller wheels and the handle is postioned much lower.
This pram is great for tall or short people. I thoroughly recommend it. Check these demos out. They are worth watching :)
