Did anyone's issues get sorted? It looks like a good pram in theory. But I suppose in practice - the reviews appear to say "don't get it?"
No, I sent mine back and was refunded. This was a year ago though. Bought the yo-yo pram instea, worth every penny!
For older babies can you just fasten the harness around their waist or does the harness require you to use shoulder straps as well?
Hi, yes you have to use all the straps regardless of age.
You will have to buckle them both , the harness would only buckle up when the stack the shoulder strap piece and bell strap piece together
