I dont think so sorry. That is hormonal and i know about this problem from experirnce. You can only do things like not touch your face. Drink water wash with mild medicated soap and dont ever let them talk you into taking roacutane. maybe one day they will discover something gentle to cure acne but in the meantime just remember it is a very common problem. I find it works best to prevent itching however it does calm down my skin when i have open sores and it helps with healing. The best thing is to find a way to stop scratching. This sounds obvious however scratching seems to perpetuate the problem. For best calming of the itchiest patches try dermaveen eczema lotion. Chemists anywhere have the moisturiser but different packaging now - orange title
Also i have heard but not tried myself Hemp oil cream from the body shop for hands is supposed to be very good best of luck
