Edwards & Co Olive Questions & Answers
VerifiedI am about to have my second baby and I currently have the Oscar pram, which I love so I have been looking at buying the olive pram however my first child hates not being able to see… so I’m wondering whether I can put a 20 month old on the top of an olive pram and newborn in a maxi cosi capsule down the bottom? If so, is it easy for the pram to tip over as the older child is heavier ?
Hi Olivia For a Maxi Cosi capsule and second seat, we recommend the Maxi Cosi capsule on the upper position and larger child on the lower second seat. The pram is designed to give the lower child fantastic viewing angles and having the heavier child weight near the back of the pram it will be super easy to steer and kerb mount.
Here is a video from our community that might help demo it for you.

Thank you mark. So the maxi cosi capsule definitely needs to sit on the top ?
How come the newborn bassinet can sit on the bottom while the older child is on the top?
Hi Olivia
It’s because there isn’t quite enough room between the rear legs to fit the Maxi Cosi capsule in the lower position. The carry cot can fit there no problems.

Hi all, i am considering purchasing the Edwards and Co Olive as were expecting twins. I wondered if it was possible for it to take 2x maci cosi capsules or is it just the 1? Has anyone had any experiences?
Hi Alisha Unfortunately you can only one take one Maxi Cosi style capsule (using the Maxi Cosi adapters) with a seat or carry cot. If you live in NZ you can use two Avery capsules. For twins, most use two carry cots and two seats (with Newborn Insert Cushions for newborn babies).
For twins, the advantage of Olive over most other prams is how compact it is both folded and unfolded, and how easy it is to steer and kerb mount when fully loaded.
Plus both seats take 22kg and have class leading sizes.
Hope this helps!

Hi Mark, thanks- appreciate your response. Thats what i thought. I currently have an Oscar MX and love it… just need to update now & was considering the Olive as I have 1x carry cot & newborn insert already. Is there capacity to attach a toddler stand board to the back of Olive? Thanks, Alisha
Hi Alisha, yes Olive is great with the Stroller Board.
You can use Olive with the carry cot, seat and any car seat capsule with the Stroller Board.
Cheers Mark
