Ice maker dispensing cold water ok but not producing any ice. No water going into the ice making tray. No error codes shown. What is the solution please.

I have a 4 year old EHE6899 series which consistently leaks water from the ice box down through the dispenser chute. It’s also stopped dispensing ice completely, even though I’ve emptied the backlog of ice regularly thus entered not used as much

Freezer (and flexi zone when set to freeze) not cold enough to freeze ice cream (though frozen meat is staying frozen. There’s a lot of heat on the floor just in front of the fridge. Temp set to -23, but continues to flash. Summer so it’s probably under strain, but no issues with the ice maker. Have pulled out the draws, cleaned and vacuumed the back of it to remove any dust. Turned off and turned on. Any ideas? Is this a compressor issue?

I have a 5 year old fridge and geting an ErCE error which aparently means that there is a communication error between boards. Also the fridge seems to work ok from the cooling side of things but all the dispalys and flashing continiously. I replaced the main controller but the problem still exists. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, have issue with fridge shutting itself down and restarting every three to five minutes, constant beeping. Display has all lights illuminated inside, as well as the front screen. Freezer just cold, but is not freezing.. Fridge is still keeping things cold but there is obviously an issue. The water dispenser works, but will shut down after about 30 seconds. Fridge light will work, but then shuts down when the fridge restarts ... Fridge purchased in February 2021.

Hi All, My 5 year old Electrolux (French door type), model EHE6899BA stopped working all of a sudden. The interface panel inside the fridge is showing the freezer icon flashing and the temp indicator is flashing -18 degrees and can’t be changed, but the freezer is quite warm, possibly 30 degrees Celsius. Is there a solution to this problem? The fridge light and fan are both working, the fan is circulating a slightly cold air but not cold enough for a normal fridge, so can’t keep anything in the fridge. Can anyone help with tips to fix this issue? I will appreciate any help. Thanks Raffi

We have an Electrolux EHE6899 fridge. The snack zone has ice build up and water in the compartment. The door seals are all good as the fridge is not very old.

My freezer compartments are ‘Frosting Up’. I have removed and cleaned both cabinets and have ensured that the air-flow areas are not obstructed. I did the clean two days ago but noticed that they are both starting to frost up again today. The heavy frosting makes the upper drawer of the Freezer difficult to glide in and out. What can I do next and where do I go from here, please?

The water and ice dispenser are not working, I have changed the filter and reset the filter, it is producing ice but not dispensing, I have pressed the cubes/crushed together as advised but it is still not working no lights on to indicate it is working. Do you have any suggestions, fridge is 2 & 1/2 years old and never had any issues.

Hi, we are having issues Electrolux Fridge (Model No. EHE6899BA). The ice maker is not producing ice. I've changed water filter, checked the line and no issues there either. I used to hear it kick in all the time, obviously when it was refilling but I don't hear that anymore. No other issues with Fridge other than ice maker not working? Please assist with how yo fix please. It's about 2.5 years old. Thanks!

Is there any way that I can clean out the water dispenser. We have a problem with ants in our area and when I dispense water the first amount through the system comes with ants. The second glass of water is ant free. From observation they must be just inside the dispenser outlet. All functions of the fridge/freezer and dispensing unit are working perfectly.

My lights on display are all solid. But when trying to fill cup with water or dispensing ice(pressing back plate), it’s doesn’t work. I can change between functions no issue. WhT could be the cause

We had an ice build up at the back of our model EHE6899BA model and ice maker was not working. We turned off for a day to thaw and now that it is back on all the lights are solid and buttons are not responsive. We have turned it back off for 3 minutes but still the same condition. Since I had to replace home modem that had a new password I have tried everything to reset the Life app and the fridge to reconnect. (10 sec 3 sec etc) Just will no longer connect. Very frustrating.
