Hello Thu. Sorry to hear about your neck pain. You can try any combination of the rest of the layers but we would suggest using the middle layer (white, hypersoft foam) on top to give you a softer feel.

The unique feature of our pillow is its customisable layers which enables you to find the perfect combination of height and support. Thanks for your reply to my question. So, is that 12 cm referring to when the pillow has all the inserts, or which one? Do you have a phone number for customers to contact you? (I couldn't find this on your site either.)

Hi Annie, thank you for your question! You may choose to use a pillow case with the pillow but it is not required as the cover is removable and washable.

What is this pillow like for side sleepers? Is it high enough?

Hello Suzy. Thank you for reaching out to us. For side sleepers, we recommend only using 2 layer but this depends on your lying preference. There are three layers and each with a different feeling: Supporting side (white/ hypersoft foam) -> it offers an ideal support function for your head and neck. Comfort side (blue/ gel-like foam) -> it offers a feather-light lying feeling and supports your head while at the same time sinking in ideally. Adaptive side (yellow/ visco memory foam) -> it distributes optimally the pressure and supports the head and shoulders, relieving pressure efficiently. In a reclining position, it adapts perfectly to your body.
