As long as the wheels are clicked in it should allow all to touch the ground if floor is level and all tyres are pumped to same pressure. Sounds like frame might be bent.

If you buy emmajinga duo Combi pram is that they give you babylift for me in the box ?

No straps. The sides are quite high and if you wrap baby up and tuck blanket under the foam so baby is laying on it there is no issue I found. Not like it's a 4wd car haha.

Hi Min. I apologize for the delay in responding to your enquiry. Yes, the Emmaljunga toddler seat can be attached to both the seat section and bassinette. In order to attach the toddler seat to the bassinette you will need the attachment which came with the toddler seat. Hope this helps.

Sorry i have no idea about the capsule thing. I cant say that i have ever seen one with a capsule on it. To be honest they are really not in a capsule long at all, my little one only fit in his for 5 weeks :-( I have a bugaboo as well and have to say that the Emmaljunga is far better!

I just measured the handle on mine at the top height- it's 106cm. I'm 5.7ft so I don't use it at the top height. The girl who i bought it from was reasonably tall and she did not seem to have a problem with the height.
