Why does the machine say it will do a 28 min cycle and then it takes 1.5hours?!?
I do not have time for the washing to take hours. I want it to take the time it says it will take. What is going on?

Hi there, My Euromaid WM7 is showing the auxilary function symbol '3', which I believe represents 'rinse plus'. I've never selected it, and I can't seem to turn it off. A couple of times I've managed to, by either turning off the machine or resetting, but it comes back on when a cycle finishes. Can anyone help please? Kate

We have Euromaid Model WM7 the start button is jammed in & machine cannot be used - can't be started. We live a great distance from any washing machine service area. Tried contacting nearest agent but not interested as we live too far away. What can we do? We are desperate,

my Eromaid wm7 stalled at the start of it's program, I eventually managed to end the program by holding the start/pause/reset button for 3 seconds but then it was stuck on End so I powered off and on again and it looked right so I tried to use it again, now it is stuck at thee start of it's program again how do I fully reset it, or do I need a repair guy

I partway solved it if I open and then slam the door hard after starting it will start and infact work fine so I'll just find someone to fix that and maybe look at general maintenance as I cannot get at the filters etc , getting old 60 tomorrow
My WM7 was getting harder and harder to start. I was needing to slam the door shut to get it to start. I could not get it to start, so I pressed and held the Start button for 3 seconds to reset. Now the Start Symbol is constantly flashing and I cannot get anything else to happen. What can I do to fix this?

I have the WM7, and for the last couple weeks it has been really tricky to get started, opening and closing the door seems to do the trick(It does feel and sound like the door lock is working with a solid click each time). But each time it continues to get harder and harder to get it started. I was reading through some of the above comments, and tried to hold the play button to reset it, checked the filter bottom right, and have made sure no sharp turns in the exit hose. But now the play button or icon is continuously flashing.

My washer initially when draining kept filling while simultaneously draining. I had to turn the tap off so that the cycle could complete. Now when I try to start a cycle, the washer just continues to fill and the cycle doesn't start. It normally starts when there is a small amount of water in it. Is this a simple fix?

Our WM7 washing machine (2015?) starts only when we repeatedly slam the door closed until the latch closes at precisely the right angle. This is frustrating. We guess that there is a problem with the locking mechanism. Any thoughts as to specifically what is wrong with the machine and how to fix, please?

You can try the below: >Ending the program through cancelling: “Start/Pause/Cancel” button is pressed for 3 seconds to cancel the program. Start symbol will flash during cancellation. After cancellation, the symbol of the corresponding step at which the cancellation was made will remain lit and “End” will appear on the screen. If your screen is not working if should still do this, otherwise it would be best t have it checked by a professional. Thanks
