Where can I get replacement slats for my bravo king bed?
Hi Fantastic Furniture Team,
I have the Bravo bed Queen size (natural linen) on layby until this Friday, however after reading all these reviews I do not feel confident in the quality of the bed, especially as I've just learnt it is made of partical board & is glued & stapled together, & has plastic legs.
Has the bed frame been improved since these reviews were made & what guarantee is there on the frame & also fabric tearing from the seams?

Hi Meg,
There have been no changes to the product and you will have a six year warranty on this bed. You can ask the store that you are purchasing from to show the product before you purchase. Regards Fiona
If the bed hasn't changed in the last 10 years then I can vouch for it lasting past warranty period. I had the leather look one for 7-8 years, only issue I had was cats clawing the hell out of it and at the end of me owning it when we dismantled it noticed the bracket near bed head was bent and worn. But hey got many years out of it no problem. I'm thinking about buying another soon as I like the height of them and that the animals can't get under the bed easily. Hope this helps.
Had bought this bed from you guys. moved house thrice..the slats r broken how can I get this fixed... bought this bed from homemaker Preston.. bed is very comfy I love it...what about the slats??

Bravo queen bed frame was purchased in Feb this year for my 12 year old daughter. Assembled and looked great until now. Has broken at the right top corner. The 4 screws that attach the bracket to the right side of the bed have completely come out from where they were screwed in. The slats now disconnect and the mattress slopes downward to the ground. Not happy. What is best action next?

Is there a way to tighten the legs thrusters a bit loose and can't use a screw driver or Allen key as they don't fit the hole at the bottom of the legs?

I just bought this bed in king size 2/3 months ago and after 1 month 2 slats has been broken and I'm getting back pain as the mattress is not well supported.. And it's really expensive brand new mattress. Can I change the slats or add plywood for extra support what can I do?!!! It's really frustrating and I can't even change the bed yet I just spend on this recently... Really annoyed with this bed frame..

Hi do you have / know where I can get some more slats for this king bed? I bought this bed a few months back and three slats have snapped and now the bed creeks everytime you move on it. Very frustrating. Could you please get back to me asap. Thankyou
