Why can't I turn my keylock function off?
What is error code E701 and E 702. The machine displays this at the end of cycle and doesn’t spin.
Is there a way to turn the internal water heater off, so the wash is being done in cold water only?
You can change the temperature selected for each wash mode, there's cold 30, 40, 60, 90.
Yes, understand that - but when you select cold, the washer's internal heater still heats the water to 20 degrees. I want to know if you can turn the heater off. In some earlier models you could.
Hi, I have problem been nearly 6 months... I always use daily wash program. Everytime on rinse or spin cycle, always CLR Fltr.. I checked manual book said clean filter. I cleaned every 2 or 3 months with washing cleaning product. But still keep saying CLR FLT..... Any idea what is actually problem???
Thank you so much for your help.
Thanks Trias
Why avoid contacting the service number ?
A really nice service man called me and told me to try this before spending $170 on a service (this isn't covered in warranty fyi) there is likely a lint blockage in hose end or the U pipe of the outflow hose. You take the hose end that's under the sink out clear the lint and rinse cycle with the pipe in your sink. If that doesn't work clear out the U pipe. Good as new now :D
Can I use a laundry booster with the liquid detergent? I’ve often done this when I had a top loader
I keep getting dirty spots through my clothes after a wash! I have cleaned the rubber seal and completed bowl cleans but it’s still coming through what is it and how do I get rid of it ??
If only you could contact F & P
Every time the washing machine goes into the spin cycle it has quite a bad rattle on the left-hand side. When first bought it never used to do this, now it has got progressively worse. does anybody have any advice?
Did you adjust its feet to make sure it's perfectly level?
I have noticed this too!! The rattle is more noticeable when its pumping out in spin, immediately before the pump cuts out and starts again.
why is this machine so noisy on the left-hand side on spin cycle? did not start like this when I first purchased?
When I turn mine it shows that the Keylock button is on. But I can’t turn it off then it enters a strange spin setting where it appears to show what I believe the RPM. It spins for a minute or so and then stops. Then it just keeps doing it. I am Unable to turn Keylock off
From clean cycle flashing but unable to turn knob from cottons or start machine
Did you end up finding what was wrong
I keep getting the clr fltr message even after I’ve cleaned it all on hands and knees. It’s still under warranty but I live an hour from anywhere so would prefer some advice here from F&P before I add three hours to your tech’s day.
Did you get an answer as this is what mine is doing now.
1 second ago I had the same issue and i think i just resolved it. Take the plastic filter out and try to spin the inside of the pump inside the washing. Mine was hard to spin at first and then a small bit of plastic fell out and it spins freely now. Now the clr fltr message does not come up anymore and the machine works fine again. Hope that helps
I’m gonna try this as I’ve had the same issue
Thank you so much! I am having the same issue, too. I did as Steven suggested and a small piece of metal fell out. I am about to do another load of washing - fingers crossed it works!
Check your wiring connectors on the back of the drum. I had the same issue and found the earth (yellow and green wire) loose but still barely touching for the water pump. I just made the connection tighter with a pair of pliers so it won't shake off. And it's working now. The other connectors were heaps tight. Hope this helps. Good luck
What do I do if the hose connection that goes from the Machine to the under the sink water is bigger than the actual cold water wall tap connection???
Hi, is it normal not to see water in the glass door of the machine. I feel it’s not rinsing properly, clothes feel like they have detergent left in them. I am using liquid detergent and have reduced the recommended dose by half. Any ideas? Thanks
It doesn't sound right, after my wash is finished I wipe liquid from the door and rubber. My suggestion is, if, you don't already do it, is, do a drum clean by running a 1/2hr wash with no clothes or detergent, just water (cold) and if you can watch when rinse cycle is on it may give you an idea if you need a repairman. This is my best guess I hope it works they are a great machine.
Hi thanks for the tip I’ll give it a go. The machine is only 2 weeks old I hope I don’t need a repair man! Thanks.
I have just bought this amazing machine but have one question....how do I get the alarm to work when the washing cycle has finished
I don't know of an alarm relevant to the washing cycle. Our machine does several quiet beeps when the final rinse cycle has finished. I recall one reviewer commenting that the beeps were not loud enough to be heard from the other end of the house, and that it would have been helpful to have loud beeps because the next lot of nappies could be put in instantly. With our machine, you would not hear the beeps if you were more than one room away from the machine. That suits us. Perhaps it's worth looking to see how long the cycle is going to take so that you don't need the alarm or loud beeps?
Does anyone know how to access the pump, ive got the clr filtr error coming up, ive cleaned it out 3 times, blown back through the drain hose, including with water in which its coming out through the filter with no blockages, i can hear an activating sound from the pump but it isnt moving any water, which makes me think that possibly something might be stuck in the pump itself
This happens to me and won't finish the cycle until error is fixed.
I’m having the same issue, did you end up resolving the issue?
Anyone found an answer

My washing machine randomly (most washes) leaks from the detergent drawer and there is a lot of water on the floor. Is there a simple solution before I call someone to look at it?
Keeps stopping saying filter need to be cleaned . Filter has been cleaned and flushed. Any help?

Does anyone know if there is a way to may the 'Everyday' wash cycle the 'default' wash cycle that is selected when the washing machine first starts up? The Everyday wash cycle only takes 60 min verses more than 2 hours with the default 'Cottons' wash cycle and we have been using the Everyday wash cycle as the go to wash cycle for most washes.
I'd like this information too. Shame no responses
I would like to know also
