Otherwise take it your friendly ford dealership who will promptly attend to the issue…. Actually the salesman maybe able to show you.

You need to change the transmission fluid. The factory fluid comes from Canada where the vehicle is made. What are the environmental differences between Canada and Australia? The weather, one freezes, the other is hot. The standard Canadian transmission fluid burns in our weather and the gears slip.

The ad Blue kilometres and indicator is in the left side of the dashboard... If you are in average fuel economy simply scroll down with the left buttons on your steering wheel and it tells you. Also when add blue is getting low the car will let you know.

As per Peter G explanation Otherwise wait for the low indicator light to come on….then you have about 500km range or if you not sure just go fill up..

You should get about 7000km per tank of add blue.

If you're talking about the all wheel drive rather than the front wheel drive version then my 2019 Endura hasn't had any issues at all and I'm up to 130,000 km and it's still running beautifully. Mind you I've had mine serviced at the local Ford dealership from day one. And I've done a few hard runs from South Australia over to Sydney and back without any issues at all. Hope this helps.

Hi Jimmy. Really there are only two modes and that is normal which is economical and sport which means that it removes a gear or two and does rev higher but doesn’t really rev its guts out from what I’m finding. If you are having issues with the automatic then you should take it to a dealer and get them to work out what is going wrong. My ST line has 120,000 km on the clock now and still smoother silk. The eight speed automatic is regarded as very strong And very reliable and pretty smooth. For out on country roads you should get about 6.2 L per hundred kilometres and in the city I see that figure going up to about eight cheers and hope this helps.

Hi Sarah I believe some people have complained about various issues but my experience has been all plain sailing. I simply take it in for a service once a year and then drive it for a year :-) they are a fairly solid motor and they use them in things like the ranger and the mondeo etc So they are common enough for parts. I’ve got the ST line with the 20 inch rims which are a little firm on rough country roads but on the highways it’s amazing. I’m getting around 6.2 L per hundred kilometres and they’re fine for overtaking. Hope this helps

I had the Diesel injectors replaced a couple of months ago thankfully under warranty, looks like a bit of bad luck you should be still under warranty though I’m reluctant to sell mine as it’s a great car I would by another , I know the dealer there as we lived on the SC now on the GC Hope it all works out for you

Hi Helen That’s is bad luck I agree it is the best I have driven as well They have a 5 year warranty I have had a problem with 2 fuel injectors need replacing It took about 3 weeks but they gave me a loan car Hopefully this is the last of the problems

I have the warranty until August 2024.

In that case best hold on to it , you won’t unfortunately get a good trade in as they were not to popular Which is a shame as it’s an amazing car

That’s real bad luck Helen. I had an SZ Territory before my Endura and had nothing but trouble with it, pretty much replaced so much in it that I could’ve bought another car, but I loved it. I’ve now got a 2019 Endura and have had no problems. In fact I don’t know why they weren’t more popular, they’re a great car!

We have had the same problems with ours, lost coolant twice, towed once, 4 new fuel injectors, diesel particulate filter replaced ,2 new shocks, engine warning light issues, tyre pressure issue, oil change light on 2 weeks after service. Brake line recall, rattling or flapping noise under neath that they can’t seem to fix. Numerous engine warning lights. Constantly telling me to check adaptive headlights, gets reset regularly. Currently at 67000 ks. Have dealt with Ford with no success at all as to buyback or replacement. Regretting the decision to buy this car big time. Oh and a new battery to boot at about 50000k which was horrendously expensive to fit.

I have had the saaaame problems!! Ford will not do a single thing. Its gone back to the dealership 16 times and for them to have it upto 3 weeks at a time. I went to consumer protection. Ford took it back "fixed it" 3 weeks later my dash was a dico again! I'm close to legal action. I have had these problems since I brought the car at 19,000 km. I'm now at 94,000km and my tyre pressure sensors are going nuts and all different pressures.
