What is the noise in decibels on quiet mode please?
Ruth-Helen C. I am hoping someone from Fujitsu will provide you with an accurate answer. I can tell you the unit is very quite, when the fan is on low speed one would be hard pressed to hear it at all. When the fan is on the highest speed it is not intrusive and once the room has reached the desired temp the unit throttles back. I hope this helps.

Does this unit connect via wifi?
Hi Katherine. You can purchase a compatible wifi option IS-IR-wifi-FG from selected retailers including Bing Lee and Harvey Norman. They will also have other options available for you in store for this model air condtioner.
My Fujitsu split system is 6 years old. <astg24kmca> Has worked well for years. I keep the outside unit clean but could be affected by salt air, the inside filters are washed regularly. On heat cycle it has now started to blow hot then cold.
Might be best to ask an expert rather than me

Are these units to be run continuously in winter months or turned off at night? Its freezing already (8/5/23) and my home owner, I rent a room, switches it off, back on in the evening, coldest time of the afternoon, runs it until bedtime. By morning the entire house is freezing. Until 7ish at night, when I have permission to switch it on, it can be unbearable. My sister who has one in Tasmania suggests running it continuously at 21, over winter, and says it's not added a lot to her bills. I need more proof, if he will believe me. A relative and a female at that, is not cutting the mustard for him, he's 70, old school. Watches pennies. I need to be respectful but I'm cold and it's only May. Any advice would be great. Effie.

Does this have side swivel or just up and down?

Hi There, I installed the above air conditioning 12 months ago and to be honest, it doesn't cool down at all. This is the 2nd one (in different units) and while the first one was incredibly good, this one struggles at any speed. What would you recommend to do/fix?

Hi my air cond has stopped working, the remote is working and shows temperature but the air cond is not opening 3 little lights are coming on yellow, then an orange one then yellow. Can you please advise?

Hi I purchased a split system late 2015 but I installed it 2 and half year(appr) later because revo plus other thing involved too. Now some how it stopped working, when I check all paper work and installed date is just over 3years, plus I check in the receipt it said 5 years warranty. In my case anyone know my aircond count a warranty from the date I purchase or from the date I installed?

When cooling with air touch 2 what percent should be used for best cost efficiency?
Hi Jennette, Thanks for contacting us. We would recommend setting it at 24 degrees. That is assuming that you have the various zones controlled by individual sensors. If you are asking about variable air dampers without a remote sensor, you should start at 100% and then adjust to suit. We had this installed today but the heat function is blowing out cool air. We've tried going through all the modes and the cooling and fan works well with no issue- just the heating is not working. We've checked that the fuses is okay and haven't popped out and of course, the filters are clean as it's brand new. Any suggestions?

Hello Samantha, I have got a similar issue. Only tried heating this week as I bought it 6 months ago in summer. Guess what winter is here. 2 brand new units blowing cool air only. I posted the same review today.
