Hisense HR6FDFF French Door Series Questions & Answers

I own a HR6DFF630s fridge freezer. The error code was EF. I tested the evaporator fan with 12v DC which works fine, there seems to be no output at the fan connection to the PCB?- I’ve replaced the circuit board at the rear of the fridge but still the fan does not run. Is this an input issue? Temp sensor or door closure sensor. Freezer works fine. Fridge is not cooling. Thx.

Hi everyone! My freezer has stopped working for the past 4 days (still feels cool inside but nothing is frozen - seems like it is only at fridge temperature) but the fridge portion seems fine. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this? Thanks!

Fridge and freezer have stopped cooling. Everything else works incl all electronics. Except fan inside seems to stop and start. Fan near the compressor is working. All lights are working.

The evaporator unit in my fridge/freezer is continually icing up causing the fridge to warm up. I suspect the defrost cycle is not working. Have tried the support line but unable to get through. Can anyone recommend a good Hisense tech in z Perth or SOR who can Check the unlit over. It is still working brilliantly after I defrost it with a heat gun. Lasts up to a month.

Hi, our fridge has been having issues with leaking water into the fridge, the left hand side door shelves fill with water. If we turn off the ice it stops. We leave it off for a few weeks, try again and it’s good for another few months. Then it starts again. Any advice. It’s out of warranty unfortunately.

Alarm beeps as if the doors open when its closed, after a few minutes the lights stop working (like you left the door open) and the display on the front doesnt come on when you open/close the doors.

Two questions 1.Do I need to turn off the water when I change the water filter?

2. I had the ice/water turned off for 5 month. Do I need to to something special before I turn it on again? After I read all the other comments I hope it will work :-)

I have model hr6fdff701sw The temperature indicators on the My Fresh Choice Drawer continually flash. I’ve tried holding the temperature button for 5 seconds and repeatedly pressing it to cycle to the desired temperature- to no avail. All lights keep flashing. Any ideas?

How do I get the icemaker working again after a blackout? The manual says push the test button but as far as I can see this button doesn't exist
