My lulu brush rollers are stuck on the right hand side of the unit, normally they are positioned in the middle when sitting idle. If i try to start lulu from the app, it makes a horrible loud noise then stops and does not initiate cleaning. Anyone else have this? Is there a way to reset the lulu unit? I was unable to find a way to do this in the app or in the manual

Perhaps need to clean the sensors. If that doesn’t work then I suggest you call Customer Services at Robot My Life. I found them very helpful when I called.
Had to install factory reset and now legee is not talking to lulu so after clean and it returns to Lulu it doesn't refill the water or do the cleaning of the mop pad, just recharges.
How I may calibrate the sensors? I did firmware update to the recent version 1.5.0 and reset to the factory setup.

Any local rubbish bin will do. When mine failed after spending over $2000 on robot and base unit they just sent emails with ridiculous videos. Throw it out get a different unit
Hi,I have a D8 Hobot legee and it keeps telling me that the water tank is empty.The big freshwater tank in LU-LU is full and the small tank on Legee is empty.I put water in the small tank on Legee but it made no differance.I am thinking about taking the back panel of Lu Lu to see if I can see if any pipes are twisted and stopping the water flow from the tank.Any advice would be good.Thank you in advance.Cheers Albert.
Legee is only quick mapping one room of the house. And then saying completed and just turning off. Not returning to lulu. Also not refilling and not washing the floors. I replaced the nozzles and it washed once and then not again. I have endless problems with this machine. It worked great for a few months after ironing out a few issues then everything started going wrong. All I do is try and fix what is going wrong at that time. Too many things are wrong now and it’s not even a year old

When docking, Legee has started to empty dirty water into the base of Lu Lu. Not every time though. It has caused a lot of damage to our floors though as it has not given us any warning
Is there a sensor that checks the water level in the vacuum tank ...not Lulu tank? Mine was leaking water after cleaning right back into the waste compactor & over the floor during Lulu cleaning. Pulled everything apart & I thought I had fixed it. But now just starting up it overfills the tank & water everywhere?? Any suggestions to this issue please
Hi I’ve had my LEGEE D8 for almost 2 yrs. It’s starting to have trouble finding or following the default map. I have done factory resets and updated firmware and reconnected to the network and remapping. It may work once after that, then trouble again with finding its location and default map. I’ve done network speed testing and absolutely no issues with this. Any suggestions would be greatly. Kind regards Sam
The clip on the dust bin broke off during cleaning and now I am getting the 'please install the trash bin' error. How can I order a new dust bin for my legee D8??
Hi Lorraine, we had a very similar problem, we lost the spring that pushes the green lever against the micro switch, which intern lets the unit know the dust bin is installed. We pushed the green lever against the switch before we turned the vacuum on and this was a useable work around. They might sell replacement dust bins, but be sure your order exceeds $80.00 Aust or they will not send you the stock.
