Hi I’m on a long road trip and my 2005 diesel makes some strange moves after I shift it anything after 30mph. The whole backend swerves and feels like the reared is not attached. Any ideas. It’s pretty unnerving. Thanks.
It could be clasped bearing on rear diff, or universal joint on tail shaft
Why is my terracan draining the battery. It's a bran new battery. Is there another reason other than a faulty alternator.

I have the same problem. I have to replace my clutch and a bunch of other parts and was told Hyundai would have to do the 4wd issue but I've not put it in yet. Did you find out what was wrong?
Hi,,iv just purchased a 2005 hyundai 2.9 manual diesel,,,travelled about 20 miles and then the clutch would not engage the gears,,at to stop, turn off engine, put it into first gear and restart but was very hard to select other gears
Have you checked the cable am thinking it's broken
Did you find out why?? Mine has JUST done the same and the mechanic can't fix it.

In under dash fuse box, the ECU fuse keeps blowing. this puts vehicle into limp mode via the auto transmission. I.E. Auto only works well manually. What could keep blowing the ECU fuse?

I have a 2005 2.9 crtd model. Just done a few repairs, all dash instruments not working now and making a loud ticking sound all in unison, even when engine is off!! Any ideas what could be causing this? Btw, engine check light is also on now
