Is there a way to increase the roast temp on this unit?

Not really but I used to place a large oven mit over the glass to prevent heat loss.

In the end the unit did loose too much heat, maybe due to gasket wear or an element started to fail

Im thinking of getting a new roaster..but Im leaning towards an airfryer with roast/rotisiary function...Ive used one before..the down side is..no 'afterburner'
