to be honest to you , i have many friiend have the same brand of vacuum, i robot roomba, w/c are now required /need brush ,filter, etc but they dont know where to get it so i decide to find out just like this ive got a result wher we can try to buy / order the parts we need,.

It depends on the model, where you buy it, in a shop, online, TV program.

You'll have to research into it.

We got ours from the Good Guys for around $600.

Hi, The only thing I can answer about this is that each new model is improved as they try to fix problems from earlier ones, just like they do in all electrical appliances. Apart from that, their dust capacity and the fact that you need to remove everything around the furniture before you set it to work and empty the dust bin so often, well, they cannot do anything about that.

I leave mine plugged in all the time. I don't know how long it last as I put it on and either go out and its back at base when I come home or do other jobs around the house. I divide my house into three different arrears. When it goes back to base to recharge I empty it then and start it again when it goes green to do the other areas. Best thing I have ever bought and my husband loves it too.

Same as above, I rarely stay in when it is on as it is a bit distracting with noise bumping into things. Probably about 2 hours then back to base, I usually empty it after each time it returns but nt always. My Husband often restarts it when Im at work and he comes in for lunch as he can see when Ive put things up and it does a better job in two goes. We would go straight back to the shop and buy another if it broke down, Ive had it for 2 years.

My floors are never dirty. I use it once or twice a week.

Only if you are cleaning the room where the docking station is, otherwise you have to take it back to recharge. By the refuse container you mean the dust bin? Quite small, but it would take the dust of the whole house if you didn't have to clean the brushes, filter and front wheel so often, as they get completely clogged with fluff.

Hi George, I dont know this but I did take mine back to the place I bought it from when it wasnt working as well as it should and they fixed it. I am not from SA.
