You should be able to get one at BBQs Galore or Bunnings
Is it possible to buy replacement burners? The burners have rusted through on ours
Thanks
Dot
Hi Dot Good question! I would think if the burners are rusted thru then maybe time to buy a new BBQ. This being said most camping / disposal stores carry such items and I recall that Bunnings carry a range of replacement parts as well.
I was given a brand new jackaroo flinders bbq minus an oil drip tray.. where can i get one pls?
Chris i honestly do not know the answer as Jackeroo contact details appear difficult to ascertain. I suspect however if you visit your local Bunnings store that they may be able to source 1 for you.

I have a 2nd hand Jackaroo Grange II and would like to know where I can buy the 'plate/vaporiser' that fits underneath the grilled. It is extremely rusted and always has flare ups when cooking, even on the lowest heat. Thanks
I'd contact the manufacture or you could try Bunnings or Kmart
Purchased jackeroo flinders 5/12 /11. have not used a great deal. ignition control looks like its gone. how do we get it out. cleaned it as the book says. where do I get a new control?
Try ringing jackaroo company or Kmart, where you purchased it
Do you know where I can buy a set of new Decals or stickers for the Jackaroo Flinders BBQ for all of the control knobs and operating instructions?
You could try Kmart but the BBQ is so old now I doubt they would be able to help. It's a pity because otherwise the BBQ holds up well.
I'm having trouble fitting the 240v rotisserie kit. The brackets stop the hood from closing when they're mounted. Are you only supposed to use the kit (cook the spit) with the hood up?
I'm not sure Lee but perhaps this is mentioned in the manual?
Yes I have the same problem. Doesn't seem to be any proper connection. Looks pretty dangerous.
Have a look in the drip tray, you will find the parts you need in there.
How does the gas attach to side burner? this one doesn't seem to fit together.
Hi Lisa. For mine the side burner just worked once it it was all set up. Not sure what is wrong in your instance... Perhaps haven a look underneath and check the connection? Good luck!
Can this BBQ be converted to use online natural gas? Thanks
Yes. We had an outdoor gas connection and were able to connect ours easily without any problems.
