How can you fix the problem with the front two wheels?

I have a very good experience with Jane pushchairs since 2011. I had Jane rider and Jane unlimit and I had no problem with them at all

Now I'm looking for Jane crosswalk for my newborn but I'm surprise about this review. I'm wondering how can I avoid wheels problem?

Hi Hanan,

The Jane Crosswalk is now discontinued. Perhaps consider the new 2016 Jane Epic which has just been released into Australia.

Hi Hanan, Sadly the wheels seem to be a fault in the product design and thus problems with them are unavoidable. This could be the reason why Jane had discontinued the product as we were advised by Brandstyle. I am now very concerned with our pram which has been recently repaired (2nd time).

To Jane Official: Could we please ask for a product replacement or refund? I am very weary of using a faulty pram for my 7 month old baby.

Hi from the UK here. I have another item with similar quick released tyres. I also have a crosswalk. Everytime you remove the tyres it looses the grease. You have to replace it. WD40. It is no fault. Perhaps it should be stated in the instructions manual. Actually it may be there I haven't read the whole thing. But that's all it is. Really good pushchair! Baby is 1 year old and still going strong. Cheers.

Hi I have Jane cross walk matrix 2 and front two wheels keep locking in a turned position, is there a fault with these? Baby only 6 weeks pram only been used for 4 weeks as been in hospital

I faced similar issue so it seems its a fault. You can try applying silicon lubricant if that helps or go to your retailer they will fix them. I replaced it with it another brand to be on safer side.

Hi, we have just ordered a Jane Crosswalk Koos. It seems very robust, but our only concern is that there seems quite a lot of play/jiggle in the car seat when it is attached to the frame - is this normal or do we have a faulty one? Other than this it seems great, just want to know whether this is to be expected.

Hi Lindsay, We are the Australian distributors for Jane. Unfortunately we do not sell the car seats as they are not rated for Australian standards. We do sell the crosswalk pram and nano carrycot, along with car seat adaptors that support other brands capsules, such as Britax, Maxi Cosi and Nuna.

Hi Nicky123,

At this stage the 2016 Jane Crosswalk will not be sold in Australia. We are however continuing with the Jane Epic 2016 model with new colours.

Hello, we have just begun shopping for our pram and stroller and I am interested in purchasing a Jane as my sister had one and loved it. Can you please advise if the infant car capsules that are compatible with the Jane Epic are also all compatible with the Jane Crosswalk?? Thanks

Hi Aideen, The Jane Link Fix adaptor allows you to attach an infant carseat capsule to all Jane prams. Suitable for carseat capsule brands:  Nuna Pipa,  Maxi Cosi - Mico,  Joie - Gemm,  Chicco - Keyfit,

 Britax - Unity (without Britax click & go adaptors).

my response would be almost certainly yes but give Jane Australia a call and they can give you an absolute answer have not personally used car capsule. Jane Australia will be very helpful.

Bought a Jane crosswalk for new baby and have been very disappointed . Only had it 7 weeks and have had to have the chassis replaced once already as the front right wheel keeps sticking in a turned position and dragging itself along. Had new chassis approx 3 weeks and it's starting to do it again( same front right wheel).

I'm going to have to take it back to the shop for a 3rd time now. Really don't know if I even want it replaced for another. Would rather a different make altogether if the problem is going to be ongoing.

Any advise?
