I have a JBL Horizon clock/radio. An "L" showed up on display so there is only L2:10 for 12:10.
How do I reset or fix?
Hello , my jbl horizon 2 Dab is having faults and was hoping to hear back if any other people have had this problem and hopefully a solution . Thanks In advance! I set the time and within 12hrs it changes to a random time , I’ve tried resetting and restarting multiple times and don’t have any soliutions
I think my horizon 2 alarm clock is faulty the button has issues when I click it and doesn’t register

How to hard reset?
Resetting time is extremely easy & if you unplug to move to another power source. The JBL holds its time for some time with the internal battery. Even if the power goes out, your clock has still held its time. The big knob on the top makes changing time a breeze. Even listening to music very easy. Turn on or off at the same radio touch button. Using the big know to change stations.
Hey, my jbl horizon 1 wont turn on/off light with the snooze button... It only works if i press volume up and down at the same time...very freaky... You never can manage this in night.. Does anybody had this issue? Thx for help!
How do I set multiple radio presets? Each time I try to set a new station, it takes the position of preset 1 and wipes out the prior setting for a different station. Presets 2-5 remain set to the factory default of 87.5
I bought the JBL and everything worked fine and after 4 days one of the two speakers it has stopped working, I don't understand what happened, it was not exposed to electrical risks or any type of liquid fell on it, everything works fine, except one of the two speakers and it is no longer the same experience in the audio :( Some has the same problem ?
The brightness of the clock display is very weak in the dark. How do we adjust this? Or can we disable the light sensor?

My horizon 2 does not give me a option for Bluetooth or fm radio when setting the alarm. Has anyone else had this issue?
Yes! I had the issue. I did a factory reset (I believe it's the FM button + volume up or something like that) and it went out of a more limited mode and into a mode that let me actually set the bluetooth and FM radio as options for the alarm.
Is there any influence of the electricity frequency 50Hz or 60Hz in the function of the clock? The electrical frequency at my home is 60Hz and the clock is not working properly. Is there a way to set the internet time in the alarm clock?

I just set up my 2 Horizon clock radios. Each of the alarms are going off at different times. I didn't set the alarm on either of them. How do I disengage the alarms on each of them?
I'd also like to know how I would set the alarms when I do want the alarms to go off.
Why does the alarm on my horizon 2, when set to FM radio only go for about a minute and then turns off? I am really likely to fall back asleep under this scenario. Step 3 in the instructions is unclear as to which button to press.
Just bought the JBL Horizon 2. Everything works but for a major gripe. The device keeps resetting the time to some default Fri 15 Oct after operating for so many hours. It means the alarm can never go off at the right time. Does anyone know the solution to this? Have tried resetting the device and done some short timed tests with no issues but then after some hours (6+?) the issue happens again.
did you ever resolve this? I am getting the same issue, took it to the store, they checked it for 1 hour, the time did not change, once I took it back home, same issue, time keeps defaulting to Fri 11 Sept 2020 or simple goes back 4 hours :/
The same happens to me. The information contained in digital FM and DAB changes the time, and that information depends on the existing radio signal where the Horizon2 is. If the problem is digital FM (RDS), it is solved by updating the firmware to last version, 0.0.6.0. external link If the problem is the DAB, there is no solution, yet.
I have a similar problem. I update the time manually and the hour change for 1 hour more time local reference and keep so for ever, it's not at my local time. I change manually and at 1am the hour change for 2am automatic. I don't know how to solve this problem.
Non the buttons are working ,when powered on itson the alarm oclock . How do i factory reset it ?
How on earth do you set the time on a horizon 2? I have tried for two days with no luck!!!!
I was trying it for 2 YEARS but now I know the answer. Click set time on the bottom of radio the click one time the Circle on on the top. Then you'll be able to change hour, click Circle another time to change minutes, Another click: year, another: month and another to change day
