I have a Jools Chassis and trying to connect the Joolz Geo2 bassinet. It fits but only on a tilt which looks unsafe for a newborn (the chassis frame goes under the pram). Am I meant to get an adaptor or are they not compatible?

I’ve got the original Joolz Geo and I did have a lower bassinet/ carrycot but that also comes with a seat attachment that can be converted after bubs have turned 6mnths. I also had an upper seat but I would like to use my bassinet at the top considering I have one baby and use the basket at the bottom. Wasn’t sure if I can get a hold of the frame that connects to the top for the bassinet and the lock in system is different between the top and bottom
Are the geo 2 wheels compatible with the geo 1 ? I'm needing new wheels but do not like the air wheels

Hi there, I have a Geo (1st edition). Is it possible to replace the handlebar (the part the adult holds onto, not the bumper bar?) our Joolz has served us well, and still has plenty of life in it, but the leatherette is starting to wear on the handlebar and I’d like to replace before passing it on. I purchased the Jooz Geo2 in 2020 here in the USA great stroller my daughter absolutely loved it. We are passing it down to my other daughter now....the only problem is we think something is wrong with the stroller frame. When extending the handle bar only one side clicks in to place and the other side won't click in anymore. It looks like the whole frame might be bend ? I called and left messages and e-mailed them but no answer. My hope is the problem can be fixed or hopefully I can just buy a new frame, just the frame. Thank you for your help! Diana

I have a Geo 1 that is about 6-7 years old. I’d like to get an expander set for another child. Will a Geo 2 expander set fit the geo 1? I have seen one advertised in Uptown blue - I can’t recall what colour blue my Geo 1 was called (possibly Parrot??) but are the blue colours the same between Geo 1 & 2? Thanks.

Hi is it possible to have the capsule up top, The smaller seat down the bottom and the foot board at the same time?
Hi Chelsy, Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately you can't have the footboard and Expandable Set ( lower /second seat) on the stroller at the same time. Additionally it's recommended to position your younger (lighter) child in the lower seat position for weight distribution. So it's best to have the capsule in the lower seat position using the adapters found following this link - external link And the main seat in the upper seat position.

You're welcome. You also can't connect the board if the capsule is installed at the base. The Geo or Geo2 can only accommodate 2 children at a time. I hope this helps.

Hi, Is the Geo expandable set compatible with the Geo2 V19 pram? i.e will the lower seat and bassinet work?
Hi Jess, Thank you for reaching out. Expandable sets are compatible with both Joolz Geo and Joolz Geo2 models. The attachment point and configurations with seat/cot (expandableset) down the bottom are the same for both models.

Thank you so much for your question. Unfortunately, the Hub Cocoon is only compatible with the Joolz Hub. It cannot be used on any other Joolz model.

Hi Anna, Unfortunately, this colour isn't available in Australia. The colours available are Brilliant Black, Classic Blue, Gorgeous Grey, Parrot Blue, Radient Grey and Uptown Blue. As for air filled tires, this is something Joolz has moved away from the air tires in favour of the new tires as they are less prone to holes and punctures like air tires.

Hi, does the joolz geo 2 hood fit the geo model? I find the hood on the geo is insufficient.

What a rubbish reply from Joolz, I'm having the same problem now in June 2022. I'm in the UK but there is nowhere to buy replacement tyres. Now left with a pram that we can not use or sell one. Its a joke that Joolz don't have these available.
I’m also in the uk I managed to find some on selling them on a joolz buy and sell Facebook page! Hope you find some

YES! i can confirm that the Geo2 wheels will fit a Joolz Geo Mono. We recommend replacing both wheels at the same time as they are substantially different (none air filled).

I have a Joolz Geo duo, and I was wondering if the summer seat for the geo2 would be compatible on the frame of the first geo? My summer seat has started to tear, so it will need replacing but finding a replacement online has been difficult. Thanks
Hi Tara-Mae Thank you for your enquiry, unfortunately no the Geo2 summer seat is not compatible with your Geo seat frame. The Geo seat frame shape in the foot section is different to the Geo 2 seat frame.

Hi Josephine, thank you for your enquiry. Only the original Geo Summer seat is compatible with the original Geo, which has been discontinued for some time. Unfortunately the current Geo 2 Summer Seat fabric, as well as the Day 2/3 or Day+ Summer Seat would not be compatible with your original Geo.

Good afternoon. I have put up my Joolz Geo 2 this afternoon following all instructions. I did however feel the carrycot felt wobbly. I’m wondering if anyone else has noticed this?
