How do I stop receiving the cream from the company and my standing order being cancelled?
The only way i stopped it was to cancel my credit card.
Hi. I rang them on the Sydney number and demanded they cease the order and said I'd report them. The transactions seem to have now stopped.
Report them to police and your bank as well if not they will steal your money every month , they will rather say it's the agreement between you and them , they have took my husband money over £104.83 without bring us anything and we are about to hand them to police and publish them on social media for the whole world to know about their criminal selling system that they are providing to people
They are Scrammers.
Report Report Report them right way.

I have tried phoning the number given no one answers. I want to cancel this Junivive order. I did try the email address which does not seem to exist . What do I do?
Hi i am trying to buy this product you wouldnt be interested in selling it to me would you and how much did you pay for it my contack number is 0733960625
I ordered a free sample Junivive Cream 21/7/17 Did not receive it, all I got was an email saying it would be delivered in 14 Business days. It never arrived. I was admitted to hospital 14/8/17 my neighbour collected all mail, no packets received. Then 19/8/17 They charged me another $141.00 When I emailed them & asked for a refund as I'd received nothing for these charges, they said I hadn't contacted therm within the initial 14 days. The point is how could I contact them when I wasn't informed of the need to do so. It's the biggest scam this side of the BLACK STUMP. Please close these rogues down before they defraud any more N Z Citizens. Leonie Robyn Revell. Any help?
They have your credit details cancel it and get a new card don't for a moment think they won't use it. I cancelled mine and got a new one just to be safe they are nothing but thieves.
I don't think they care if you like their product or not. The hook is to get credit card details so they offer you bait a FREE SAMPLE only $4.99 most women will think its worth trying. Before 14 business days have elapsed they debit your Credit card $141.00 + currency exchange $155.00. They don't care if you cancel your card because they just move on to the next sucker, & do the same thing again. It's called money for jam & they're laughing all the way to the bank!
Hi im from the Uk i too have been conned. There was nothing on the original advert advising to contact within 14 days. It has cost me nearly £200.00 for two miniscule jars of cream and two tubes of serum, but to date I have only received one of each but they have taken the second payment regardless. IT DOESN'T WORK. I have been in touch with my bank and they hopefully are investigating for me. I have been in touch with Junivive and they said there is nothing they can do about a refund as i didnt cancel within the 14day trial period, according to other customers who tried to cancel within the period that didnt work either. I DONOT BELIEVE the Duchess of Cambridge would put her name to this scam. I URGE EVERYONE ....... DO NOT BUY
Fortunately Kiwibank is crediting my Mastercard. I don't know why Facebook can't ban their advert. The laws these days don't seem to have any teeth. All of us who've been stung need to warn other women not to buy anything from these rotten people. No wonder they tell you about Friendly Fraud & say don't contact your bank contact us. Then they make it verydifficult to do so. Leonie Revell
How do I stop my shipment of this cream & anti-wrinkle complex when I have missplaced the paper work which came with the products?
I am not sure of the Aussie phone contact but the NZ no. Is 0800 003319. There is no contact details on the Junivive website. I called them when they took $300 off my credit card and I had only just received the cream. They told me if I hadn't received the product I was supposed to phone them on the 15th day from the order to extend the trial period. That is not written anywhere though and you don't get the contact details till you get the cream. The person I called was in Singapore and said the product came from the Phillipines. You could speak to your bank about ensuring they do not make any payments to this company. I lost my money but cancelled my credit card and got a new one so they cannot get any more. They also charged me over $300 as they automatically send you both the cream and the serum if you don't tick a box in the order. Good luck
So I just got caught by the "14day free trial" but my cream arrived after 14days and I'm still breastfeeding so I wanted to show a doc/midwife before I use it to decide if to cancel or use but they have already tried to take the money out for it but I'm poor and don't have that kind of money in my account! Its going to cost me more money to send it back plus the drive/petrol and lugging my kids into the post office- Does cancelling your card work or do they get debt collectors on to you? Freaking out!? :( Kat
Yes cancelling your card will resolve any more fraudulent attempts to remove money from your account.
I don't think returning junivive will necessarily get you a refund. Best & most IMPORTANT thing is cancel your credit card so they can't charge you for anymore
Sorry, but I am not happy with the creams. Where can I seend them back? What is the address?

You are not the only one! Keep trying everything you can, they must be made to answer for their deception. I am in New Zealand, and I wonder if there are other Kiwis facing this dilemma, seems plenty of you Aussies are.
Same scenario and I unfortunately took delivery after the 14 days trial period (very clever of them) so now from your forum I have the return address. So after reading your site, I guess I will have to try to cancel on line - the box is unopened but of course they have card details (stupid me!) I actually cancelled by email less than 24 hours after I ordered it but these principles obviously are ignored by these SCAMMERS - lawfully they are doing something illegal as you should have a 24 hour cooling period. Glad I am not the only person who fell for this - something I vowed never to do but in a careless moment did just that!! If I cancel my card and return the goods (don't care about the $24 approx cost) - do you think that's the way to go? Or should I try to get a RMA ticket organised as well?? Christine Raymant
Cancel your card ASAP, I sent the product back the same day it arrived & after speaking to the post office, they continue to send the product & charge your card, I wasn't prepared to take that risk so my card was cancelled that day as well, most banks have the option of card less cash so wasn't too much of an imposition & worth the peace of mind
My experience was that they did honour it but it took time. If you have sent tgem an email saying you want it cancelled and asked for a cancellation number they will provide you with the details to return it. Unlike myself make it quicker for yourself by sending them copies of your postoffice dockets so they have proof you sent it back. Tracking the parcel is a good idea too as it will inform you when they receive it. If you don't forward them proof they will wait until they process the return before you get your money back. They did charge me $70 plus but then
reimbursed it. I wouldn't bother cancelling my account.
After having read everyone else's comments about this highly unethical, fraudulent company my advice would be to keep the product but IMMEDIATELY cancel your bank card and get a new one issued. Obviously, from what everyone else has said, no one from the company is going to communicate with you so don't even bother trying. From the reviews the cream doesn't work but you might as well give it a go.
What makes me even more angry is American TV shows, supposedly fronted by a doctor /or doctors, promoting this crap! Makes you wonder how much of a kick back they get.
Thank you to everyone who left a review here so that, thankfully, I haven't been caught out by this bleeping company. Because of your reviews I didn't full in the forms for a sample and I'm SO GLAD I didn't. Thank you to to the product review site, without this service these people wouldn't have had anywhere useful to tell their stories!
Did any one that actually posted it back receive the refund they where suppose to? Or still pay extra in return postage and get stiffed anyway?
Yes I received my refund and i must say it restored my faith in the online process :) I had sent numerous emails and hadn't received a quick response but when it came down to it i think it was my mistake. I sent it back as per instructions but I didn't send a copy of my postal tracking at that point so they couldn't confidently not charge my account. It all worked out in the end but really I've decided there is no such thing as a free sample.
Don't buy this product because you still pay full price.
I didnt buy it. my mum did at start of month however to find out the same thing tht they will charge you a crazy amount for the sample and on Goin cost, her sample only turned up yesterday with the letter about it so was already out of the so call trial time frame and guy said she Had to send it back or they will keep charging but wen did a quick cost check on Nz post was gna be $48 to send silly lil box to Singapore which is quite a bit of money to spend and then still get charged the cost on top plus by time it would arrive no doubt would be a 2nd charge as well due to on Goin charges they make.
No refund, had to,put a dispute in with the bank, as it's clearly a company that can't e trusted the only way to stop any more payments coming out is to cancel your card.i did that the same day as I recieved the product......
I give up ... got my free trial for anti wrinkle complex and anti aging cream . Love it and want to buy more .There is no order form to purchase your product on the internet only for free trials ???? Where do I purchase it? Also the writing on the back of the jars is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it !!!! My anti wrinkle product is in a container that has a squeeze top on it where the anti aging cream is in a jar .Please let me know how to order the correct product . I don't want the similar products advertised below .
Regards Maria
Ps ... need urgently as I am running out.
There are two ways you can order from them. 1. Through there customer service number 1-800-954-452. 2. By email ( info-eng@juniviveserum.com )
How can I buy more of your product ??????? There is no where on the internet that leads you to a purchase page only free trials which are not available ????
Does this cream really work
Does this cream really work or just a scam
How to get junivive cream?
It's available on-line but I strongly advise you - as many others have - NOT to get it. The terms of the 'fine print' are not clear when ordering and are patently against the purchaser! Even though the initial offer is for a 'sample' with only postage needing to be paid you'll find that you'll be billed about $140 for each of two products on a monthly basis and it's VERY, VERY, VERY difficult to cancel the arrangement. In my case, as with many others, the only mechanism is to cancel the credit card they have details of with the attendant hassle of of sorting all the legal and authorised direct debits (health, power, water etc). Hope this helps!
Go to your bank and cancel so thay am not tack more money out it's a big scam
I wont to return junivive creme / serum but I dont now how to do it so plece help me Erna Jensen [email removed]
I found emailing them was the best way to deal with them. There should be an email address in your information. This is the email I used. trimbiofit+tidLPGIHC3KX
It doesn't look correct though.
Best of luck

Hi there, If you did order and receive the "free trial" Junivive cream and/or serum, there should be a letter in the box with instructions stating the "introductory trial offer terms" and "disclaimers". (Most of these "fine print" details were not made clear prior to ordering the products.)
What this letter says is that if you want to cancel the order AND you are doing that WITHIN the 14 day "introductory free trial" period (this starts from the time of your initial order and payment of only $4.99 postage and handling fees), you are to follow these 3 steps:
1. Contact their "customer service" via telephone or email to ask for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and the return mailing address. The letter itself does not provide the return mailing address. The telephone number given for Junivive customer service is: 1800 954 452 (Australia) or 0800 003319 (NZ). It might be best to contact them via their online 'chat' form or via email in order to save time and so you can keep a copy of your efforts to contact them - a wise idea. Here is the email address they used in their reply: <junivive@rhinosupport.com>
Note: Like many others, I found their "customer service" very slow and hard to reach and when I did get through at last to request a RMA, the person who answered the telephone told me that I would have to wait until someone else called me back to get the RMA - I waited all day but no-one called. Not wanting to waste any more time, I wrote to them using their online chat form (ticket). It took two days for them to write back and provide a RMA number and return mailing address. The slowness and complication is deliberate - their intention seems to be to delay a response so that you will be outside the 14 "free trial" period, can be charged full price for the items and "disqualified" for a refund.
2. When you receive the RMA, to make it extra difficult, more expensive and ridiculous, you are also required to POST back all used/unused product bottles WITH TRACKING number in order to get a refund and avoid being charged further payments. Others on this product review site have said it cost them around $24.00 or more to post back the items once they received a RMA.
3. You are then advised to write the first seven numbers of the RMA on the outside of the parcel and get it sent by post within the next 7 days as well as paying for a tracking number. According to the letter, only when they have received the returned product will your order be closed and no further billings made. Here is the return mailing address provided:
Returns Processing
PO Box 991
Singapore Post Centre Post Office
SINGAPORE 913034
IMPORTANT: The letter also makes clear that if you do not request a RMA and cancel your order BEFORE the 14 day "free trial" period is up, your credit card will be charged the FULL price for these items, that is $141.00 for EACH bottle or jar. The so called "free trial" starts from the time you actually ordered the items - even if you did not receive the items by post or didn't have a chance to try the product within the 14 days. More of the product will be shipped automatically to you 45 days from the time of your original order and then every 30 days from then on and further payments (at a so called members' rate of "A"$136.00 plus "A"$6.50 p&h fee) will be deducted for each item every time from your credit card.
So if your Junivive "introductory free trial" products arrived after 14 days from the time you first ordered them, or if you received the products within 14 days but do not want them to continue, or if you were not able to get a RMA and return mailing address within the 14 day "free trial" period and have already been charged full price for the first items, it would be best to contact your bank or credit union and ask them to investigate this Junivive SCAM (keep copies of all your correspondence with this company so you can provide details) and CANCEL your CREDIT CARD as soon as possible to avoid further unwanted charges. Hope this helps.
Where can I purchase this in NZ
Don't purchase this product from any country.. it's a scam. Product is not what it claims... And they will rip u off..
No you can't. Keep well away from it.
Don't buy it please. Look at all the bad reviews.
I get the Junivive scam. However many women would pay the cost if the product lived up to the claims. I cannot find legit reviews. The positive ones I have found were all written by, who appears to be, the same person, with poor English, commentry style and wording.
If anything is too good to be true, it likely is a scam. If i sold a product that worked as Junivive claimed, there would be no need to scam payments because I know the gals would continue buying the product.
Thank you for honest reviewd
Do not take up on this Scam, I was fooled and normally I'm very sensible now I have to go through all kinds of procedure to try to stop these people from getting my money for items that do the reverse of what they state, the cream and serum are useless and certainly not worth any money but trying to get through to these people I found impossible. So please do not take up this offer from a very unsatisfied customer.
Do we have an address for the company that make the Junivive Cream? I need to talk to them
Try JUNIVIVE - RETURNS PROCESSING PO BOX 991 SINGAPORE POST CENTRE, SINGAPORE 914034 Also I managed to get an email response as I could not get through on the phone. Email is clientservices@rhinosupport.com They are very evasive as to who the actually company is. I thought that they mentioned Global Direct? Does anyone know more?
I did get an email back from JUNIVIVE - RETURNS PROCESSING PO BOX 991 SINGAPORE POST CENTRE, SINGAPORE 914034 ( there email is : info-eng@junivivecream.com ) the offer was a 50% discount or you can send it back. As we don't think we can trust them we have canceled our credit card Just to be safe. our bank informed us that they have have a large number of complaints regarding this company.
I wish to thank Product Review for their help with this issue.
I had no joy on their email address I have cancelled my bank card still worried they will send me more of the repugnant cream and serum. What a worry these Junivive scammers are. Wish me luck trying to get through to them.
I am waiting for my 'free trial' to arrive, but have already cancelled my credit card since reading these reviews. As soon as I received their email regarding 'friendly fraud' alarm bells went off in my head....
Could someone please post the return address in Singapore so I can send it straight back when it arrives. Like everyone else, I feel the incredibly stupid for falling for this scam.
First you need to call them on 1800 954 452. I have persisted because you don't get through straight away. My most successful time has been about 10am. They will give you a return number which appears to be the same as the order number that is on the box you receive. The address that they gave me is:
JUNIVIVE - RETURNS PROCESSING PO BOX 991 SINGAPORE POST CENTRE, SINGAPORE 914034. Make sure you get a registered mail tracking number, send it, then you need to call them again!!! with your tracking number. It will set you back about $25, but better than the hundreds we could be out of pocket.
Good luck!
Send email to info-eng@junivivecream.com and state you want return number for products. Tell them do not use your C.card. Don't waste time with telephone number, useless.
