I have had the Kambrook KSS6000 iron for around an hour, and already found it impossible to toggle to steam, it did steam the first time I plugged it in, but when I turned it off and restarted it, it went to no steam and I cannot get it back to steam. An hour???? And only a test iron done. What on earth am I doing wrong? Ironing should not be this hard.
It's not long since I bought my Kambrook iron. I like all it's features but now find it's not heating up! The power is on, but no heat. It's just not working! I do not overfill the water reservoir and the plate isn't dirty, it's still quite new. I'm very disappointed, our previous iron worked for years, no problem. What is happening to it? I have a Kambrook Speedstream K1480 Iron. When the iron is turned on the indication lights blink on and off continuously. I'm assuming the 'Auto Off' function device is faulty. Please advise.

Red light beeps from time to time and the heat goes off.
I would've to no what the reason why the red light beeps bit the iron does not heat
The auto off doesn't work, the reason I bought it. Is this iron really supposed to switch itself off?
Hi Sonjaw2 - the KI780 does have an Auto-Off feature. Once the iron has been in an upright position for approximately 8 minutes, the unit will beep 6 times before turning off. Once the iron is off the indicator light will blink to indicate this.
This feature is for safety purposes only. The iron should not be purposely left on and unattended.
If your iron is not operating as above, we recommend you return the unit to the store it was purchased from to request a refund or replacement.

Take it back to the shop or throw it out it°s broken.
