I have a kelvinator reverse cycle air con model no KSV26HRC, it is not cooling instead it is showing FO on the display panel of the indoor unit. I have cleaned the filters and dont know what this code means. Please help.Thanks Tony
I don’t know but an Aircon repair man might help. I had a gas leak in the internal cabinet. , 6 months out of warranty.Electrolux don’t have spare parts, no repair network, cannot even look to find a replacement internal cabinet. Basically don’t care. Solution for me was buy a new unit. Chose Mitsubishi ( heavy industry) Electrolux handballed me between Sydney and Manila and neither knew the answer and neither offered to help. Most appalling customer service and bad grammar correspondence. Don’t expect this company to be around long. Not offered goodwill discount.

My unit is KSV70HRG ( 7kW )The indoor part has failed. Can I purchase a new indoor unit ? Or do you know anyone who will buy the outdoor unit which works perfectly. You can speak to Electrolux ( they have the Kelvinator brand ) They do not sell separate indoor or outdoor units. Their opposition appliance people do sell their parts separately. If you have a part to sell me or want to buy the outdoor unit let me know. I live in Gisborne Victoria. Beware - never buy Electrolux. They break the law by not offering spare parts for units older than 5 years. There is a 5 year warranty period.
Does anyone know what the energy efficiency rating for this unit is?

I have a recently installed Kelvinator KSV/35 and it does not seem to be very good at warming the house. I find that the manual doesn't really help me to sort out this problem. It doesn't really explain how to rotate the angle of the louvres either. How can I get them to point downwards when I want the warm air to blow down?
What does e6 mean on the front of the unit thanks ian
E6 is a communications fault. Could be the cables between the indoor and outdoor unit. Could be the indoor unit main board or outdoor main board.
You will need a fridgie to come out and diagnose the cause of the fault.

what is (RS) flashing right side lower display panel , remote control .ksv35HRC inverter split system. unit does not seem to cool efficiently.

Have you cleaned the filter recently? Ours does almost nothing when the filter needs a clean.
Other thing is it could be doing a defrost cycle if it's really cold outside?

Is the power back on now? Has the circuit breaker switch in your meter box flipped into the off position?
It appears to be possibly hard wired, because its in a caravan and we cant see any plugged in area, if its hard wired, what could have happened
