I am having a Kia Ceato Ex petrol 2.0 LD 2006 G4GC built but i am choosing the parts is there anything i have missed for parts required for the build in any example you may have of what could improve the build or save money on where to get the remaining parts?

4 inch SCA multi fit pod filter, $32.50 Racing Radiator with gearbox cooler fittings i plan to double up for the 5 speed manual(can i run the standard fan?) 30 core Universal gearbox cooler+fan Ryco oil filter Kemso 340Lph fuel pump
I plan to buy 2.5 inch extractors and 2.5 inch or 3 inch exhaust I plan to forge brand new steel pistons and steel rods for the engine
I plan to have the computer remapped and old redline deleted and have a 14000rpm redline as the car has already achived it when the computer was bumped before in a car accident it went into redline delete up until the 14,000rpm mark with power till 13,500rpm so i have planned on this many rpm for my redline
I Need bigger injectors for more power dont know whats suitable perhaps kia cerato gt of some year might have it i think any thoughts
I am also planning 114.3x4/15x8inch wheels with 0 offset any idea on if it will fit ok or will i need low profile tyres afterwards
I need to purchase weather shields for Cerato EX sedan 2005 model. Is the LD model the same as i cant find any info on the EX model. Cheers Carolyn

How many k's does a 06 model get up to
Usa owners say with 04 to 08 LDs can go 250,000 miles without running into the thousands for rebuild but u can just get a low km engine + ecu and gearbox together with the differential inside the gearbox manual for $1500 80,000km-120,000kms

Hi I need some help,I've recently had issues with my Kia Cerato alternator,it came with a 35amp alternator and now I've decided to put in a 90amp alternator but it popped the 120amp fuse,what size fuse should I use or what can be done to prevent this from happening in the future?
I've always found it kinda hard to get the balance point of my clutch right but just recently my 06 cerato has started clunking and struggling to accelerate at first when I'm going from a stop especially on upwards inclines. Am I just not finding my balance point properly or could there be a bigger issue? Also finding myself going back a gear a lot more often than I used to when slowing down slightly for my car to have any power and stop it from struggling like my revs arent high enough but never used to have this issue.
Hi, the car is out of warranty I gather by now. Ceratos of this era not as good as the current models. You need to take to a good Mechanic, as it sounds like the clutch has issues, and needs either replacement or adjusting. If the clutch is slipping , it also appears engine power loss. These.cars made cheaply, but this repair may cost you 2 to $3000. Find an honest mechanic, not one that will shaft you.
If the car drives only in 1&2 and reverse what would the problem be here? Thank you

If your Engine is running but your car will not move then it sounds like a problem with the Automatic Transmission. If the Transmission has a Dipstick you can check that it has enough fluid in it, if however it is a sealed unit you will need to let a mechanic look at it.
Did you get a resolution? This sounds very much like what is happening with mine, and the dealer/service are unable to fix it. So every few days my car breaks down as the gear box and seized up.
