Hi, my airfrier was working beautifully (other than 2 bits of the digital display light failing but that I can work around) until today when it turned itself off after a few minutes of use. It's display lights up momentarily as it beeps (so power must be getting thru) but other than that it's lifeless. It's warrenty is probably up but surely it shouldn't be failing like this. Im reluctant to replace it reading some of these reviews. What can I do to revive it? Elsa NSW

We are using our Fryer for the second time, and notice that the on/off light is not illuminated. It worked the first time. We now have to guess where this is to stop/start the oven.

Hello, I am this product's expert. That is because I sent it back malfunctioning for Four times. None of them ever reached a 12 months warranty period. What you have is know technically as 'broken' and the solution is simple, contact the retailer or online retailer. Send it back at their expense. You will have to send photos of it not working (this is as silly as it sounds but trust me that is part of the process). Just keep insisting that they either, repair it (which can't be done), replace it (which gets you back to where you are now in a few months) or give you your money back. Document everything, do not make phone calls, send emails, and just keep sending until you get a result. Have fun, Chinese small electrical appliance manufacturing is so hit and miss. This one is a miss and the importer knows it , but the retailer is responsible, you are their customer. Cheers,

It's broken, I replaced three because the electrics stopped working in under 6 months. See your retailer and get your money back. They are junk. Buy something else.

They are junk made in Chine, I had 3 in under a year, always it was the electrical stuff that was faulty. Contact the place you purchased it from and ask for exchange or money back. You wont be the first so I assume you wont get much argument from the retailer. Pity thorough they show so much promise and I enjoyed cooking in them.

Are there supposed to be small screws to tighten the rotisserie forks? There weren't any and without them I can't see how it will stay in place.

Thanks for that I’m assuming it’s ‘normal’ for the light to go out after the food has gone in but it would be good if it was optional to keep the light on while cooking so you can view the progress of the food cooking, rather than having to either look with a torch or actually open the door which reduces the oven temperature etc

I think there is a button somewhere on the left panel that lets you turn the light on again during cooking, but it will only stay on for a few seconds.

touch on the rotissery button on the left of the start button and light will come on for a few seconds, so you dont have to open the oven to see if it is cooked.Thats what it is like on my oven, I do not have a display of the pictures, can only set timer, heat and menu (if I am lucky) I will report on this
