I am finding it hard to follow the instruction manual which appears to be written in Chinenglish. I see if you select Oven it comes up with a selection of preset options and setting for things like Pizza which cannot be adjusted for time or temperature. You just have to use the default settings. But if you select ROAST you can adjust the settings. Is this correct. Are the preset default values not able to be adjusted? My model is AF-250JD2-LR. regards Allan

When I use the air fryer, it only crisps the top of the food and not the bottom. Please advise why the bottom elements do not heat up?

Why does the rotisserie arm appear to be too short? Have a whole chicken here ready to cook on the rotisserie for the first time. That’s extremely disappointing the rod is too short.

Hi I just purchased this product and need advice on these issues - 1) when I switch on the power, it frequently shuts off again after a few seconds (before I can start cooking anything). I have to keep on switching it back on and fiddling with the preset knob before it shuts off again. 2) when I do manage to cook something - if I switch on the interior light, the entire power shuts down and I have to start all over again.
