there is nothing in the manual, nor a button - however there is temperature control and timer controls, to dehydrate food, you place it one the lower temps and over lengthy period of time, the same can be done inside a regular oven, before proceeding see if you can find some sort of guide online to see clearly what needs to be done

I don't know about your model fryer, but mine has a drip tray which is easy to slide out and clean.

Thanks but can’t find any form of drip tray except the internal tray that fits underneath the mesh tray and the fat comes from the bottom of the unit.

Does this air fryer have a rotisserie basket for chips

No one has answered my question yet. I would like to know the range of temperature, does it have a rotisserie basket for chips, how long does the timer go for, is it easy to clean. This if for the 1800 W item. Do you have an with 2000W?

There is a small cookbook that comes with it as well as an instruction manual that has the cooking times and recommended settings for various food.

Thank you my query is temperature is perhaps to hot and times to long. Trial and error I presume. I know there are cookbooks for kindles and just inquiring if there is one for Kogan?

Cook your scones the same as you would do in an ordinary oven, except reduce the temperature to about 180C. Timing should be reduced as well. Best to keep a close eye on them through the glass door for your first batch.

There are instructions in the booklet that came with the airfryer on how to take the glass out to clean it. If you can't find it go to the kogan website to the help desk section where you can view the booklets online. Hope this helps.

I have had my Kogan air fryer for 3 1/2 months. It’s too short a period to get any problems. At the moment it’s fine

Can be quite tight to open till switch eases off. Personally I was very unhappy with my Purchase but is to much Hassle to return it. I found that this airfryer struggled to get over 180c ( at least 200c is needed to airfry) so is therefor it is no better than Mini oven

It sounds that your air fryer oven has a defect. We use it regularly and have had no problem with the door. We don’t use the rotating basket anymore as it’s difficult to attach. We have use the trays instead and my husband and I find that much better. For chips or cut up small potatoes increase time and temperature. It’s trial and error. Contact Kogan about the door. You can only contact them online and that is a nuisance but in general they respond relatively quickly
