How do I get this Kogan 2400kw oil heater go beyond 35 degrees Celsius? At the moment the heater is cold. I can touch it with bare hands. It is at the maximum level (3) and maximum heat band but on the smart app I can’t take it beyond 35 degrees. Doesn’t heat up. Requesting for a return. Doesn’t work.
