I asked today and they told me it was discontinued. They said that can be sometimes due to packaging changes. I hope they bring it back soon I am dying!!!!! I love that pencil!!!

I usually use your eyeliner not the liquid one i can't find it in any of your stores for a cheap eyeliner it was the best i have ever used.

How do I sharpen the Lacura Mineral Eyeliner? Surely it isn't finished when the tip has been used up? That would be a total rip-off!!!
I was about to ask the same question regarding the brow mineral pencil, how to twist up the tip?? I feel we have been clearly ripped off.

Hello Clair, I think all you need to do is continue to sharpen the item with a pencil-sharpener. I never got a reply from Lacura, but I've purchased similar products and that's how they work.
Same issue. Didn't look like something you could use with a pencil sharpener as it appears to be plastic casing. I opened it up (and wrecked it) to see if there was more pencil inside and there is - just no way to advance it. No instructions either. Won't buy this again.

I recently bought the rose gold special edition both eyebrow and eyeliner but it how do you pencil up and out?? I have given to others and now one can do it ? Is this line faulty
I rang Aldi customer care yesterday as I had exact same problem and thought it was solid plastic . Turns out you just sharpen the pencil as normal with a regular make up pencil sharpener . The customer service rep looked up the product info . I sharpened as she instructed and it works perfectly . The hard outer protective costing is just like the hard painted coating on a regular pencil . Hope this info helps
That helped me thank you!! I tried everything and couldn't work it out. Mind you, the 'lead' keeps breaking off so it is still far from ideal, but at least I can get some use out of it.
I bought the Lacura mineral eyeliner . It's plastic and looks like it should wind up to extend the crayon but it doesn't. Any idea how to sharpen it or is it single use then throw out?
Treat it as a normal wooden pencil, use a pencil sharpener and it shaved the plastic and the tip .
I bought the liquid liner a few weeks back and the rosehip oil cleanser. I adore both of these products but they seem to have been discontinued as I can’t find them anywhere. I’ve used lacura for years and love it but why can’t I find these anymore? If they are limited edition why do we not know I would have bought ten of each. They were with all of the normal skin care so appeared to be part of the range. Is there anyway I can these again?

Lacura Verde shampoo purchased from Aldi may smell like Coriander but after washing it with this product my hair my hair felt like dry string.I had to use an entire bottle of conditioner to try to restore some moisture but I fear the damage may be permanent. Does any authority oversee what goes into this product? I worry now that it might be carcinogenic. What are the ingredients and do these ingredients differ from washing up liquid?
When I try and sharpen my eyeliner pencil it just breaks up into little pieces!!! Feeling annoyed. I have wasted most of the pencil trying! Any suggestions?
Try popping it in the fridge for a while to firm it up.

I bought a lacunra mineral eyeliner and it didn’t come with a sharpener. How do I sharpen my pencil? It seems like it’s not made of wood. Some sort of hard plastic.
