I am bitterly disappointed that after ten months use (and cleaning each time after use) this air fryer now leaks fat through the bottom of the cabinet. Not only that it now smells of stale fat and grease which is pretty disgusting. I asked for a refund under warranty at ten months, it’s just about a year old now, but the seller declined saying it was normal to expect leakage. They also said they asked their supplier who said it was normal too. I have had air fryers for many years and never, ever experienced this leakage outside of the cabinet before. It’s certainly not an air fryer I will ever be recommending, or the seller come to that.

Obviously the 'crumb tray' has not been put in place.

The crum tray is always in place, and it often doesn’t have any residue on it when the machine is leaking from underneath .

Have just purchased this air fryer and there seems to be a large gap between the 2 French doors. How are the doors meant to seal

There appears to be a 1mm gap between the french doors of my Lenoxx Air Fryer which does not cause any problems with the performance of the unit or heat escaping.

Start up procedure in sequence

Well this is how I work with it and hopefully in accordance with manufacturers. Once set up as per instruction manual and power connected the Power button lights up and stays on. The crumb tray slides in under the bottom element and stays there and the Baking Tray slides in just above the bottom element and remains there for most uses. The mesh tray slides in on any level for the program you are using noted on the glass doors. Press the lighted Power button and first up it goes to Air fryer. To use this program press Power button again and it starts operating. To change Temperature setting for this program while it is operating press the Temperature button and the + or - to make the change and when at what you want press the Temperature button again. To change Time setting for the program the same thing as above applies by pressing the Time button. Starting again and wanting to use another preset program press Power button then the + or - buttons to go along the lines to each program. It flashes when you get to it. Press the Power button and it starts operating. Again you can change Temperature and Time as above. If you want to Grill, use the Airfryer setting and reduce the time to appropriate. Slide in the baking tray at the second level as noted on the door. (I use this level or the next down to reheat small items changing Temperature and Time accordingly and I use the wire mesh tray.)
