Why do my yellow side brushes break
I have inherited my mums old LG roboking that has not been used for around 2 years. I brought it home and it charged then it went for a couple of minutes then stopped. I thought it may have been the battery, so I purchased a new battery and then completed all the checks and it says that it is charging on the station and then once you take it off the station it wont even turn on.
If I'm missing one of the brushes from the robot sweepers will that stop it from working and give me the message about rear lens
I keep getting a message and it stops saying rear left tyre lens problem
The sensor behind the left tire is either dirty if you haven't wiped down the bumper or it has stopped working

My roboking keeps saying to turn on switch at back of vacuum but its already on
The switch isolates the battery so it doesn't discharge slowly when left idle for a long time. So I think this happens when the unit is on the charger and the switch is off (meaning it can't charge the battery). I you're sure the switch is on then it's a failed switch, or battery, or wiring to the battery (best guess). There are some good youtube videos on disassembly/cleaning/checking of the Roboking which I have used to repair my unit if you are feeling handy.....
Your battery is dead , case closed. I own three they are built like a tank ,over engineered like the pyramids the roboking thinks the switch is off because the battery has a circuit board that kills the volts to 0.00 if it's below a set range ie protects from cell failure, you need a new battery from eBay $58 or $36 from aliexpress if you like to wait . I have electrical trade in this field
My roboking display shows what appears to be a smiley face. Rarely I can get it to charge and show the normal display but mostly its the face (2 eyes, a mouth, and 3 lines on either side continuously flashing). I have replaced the battery, cleaned the unit and it's still doing it. Please help!!
My homebot is about 6 years old It was working fine so far. In recent days it started to turn around it self and after few min declare that cleaning is finnished Any way to resolve it? Thank You
Maybe the battery went flat so it went back to clean the finishing area or a motherboard issue but try to research into it maybe that will help?
I had a similar experience with the Roboking unable to navigate properly (only able to turn one way). One wheel drive gearbox had stripped a gear, I bought and fitted a new one and all okay now. If you turn it off and flip it over, you can run your hands over the wheels gently. You should feel/hear the gears whirring smoothly, any clunky movement is a bad sign. There are good Youtube videos on disassembling, cleaning, and diagnosing faults on the Roboking.
Thanks... But on mine it said that there is a problem with the gyro sensor
I think I also had an error saying the gyro sensor was the problem. The software has difficulty separating a gryo fault from a drive fault as one tests the other.
how do you replace the wheels on LG Roboking Model VR6340LV
My LG roboking does not recognice the home station. Anyone know how to solve this?
My roboking vr6270lvmb will not reverse so if it hits a tight space it just gets stuck there. Any ideas? I tried to factory reset but that doesn't work and I've just discovered a USB port inside the machine which is likely the reason I can't reset.

The device will not start working. It says: "main power switch in the back of the robot cleaner is turned off", although the switch is in "on" mode. What can be done?
Message states please turn on power at the back of the unit even though it is already on
Have purchased a used LG Roboking but when attempting to reset the memory it starts before I can get through the complete restart sequence? Please help.
Tap and hold the turbo and home button for 5 seconds and then it will play a happy birthday tune and say HARD RESET
