My wd13020d1 front loader won’t stay on. It turns on but then switches off after a few seconds then the PF (power failure) code shows up on display.
I’ve tried all of the recommended resets etc but still doing same thing. Please help!

Suddenly no power at all. I have tried the push the buttons and plug back in thing but nah, that didn't help. I am hoping there is a main fuse somewhere. It washed a load last night. Today no power.
Is there a replaceable fuse somewhere?
My washer won't turn on, I have tried pressing the power button for 5 sec and then pressing the start/pause button for 5 sec. With power off. Then turn power back on and nothing. Any ideas?
No answer sorry. I just want say me too. Exact same situation. Worked fine last night, today nothing. I'm hoping there's a fuse .
We have had our machine for approx 3 years, no problems and today it won't finish it's cycle. It is bringing up error OE, what does this mean? Thank you!
OE means all the water has not drained out check for blockages in the outlet hose and that it is not too high above the washer.
really bad vibrations on spin cycle. Machine has had levels checked. David C Milne
Hi David, Our machine also vibrates badly on spin cycle - we have also checked our levels and found no solution. Sadly when you contact LG Customer Service the answer I recieve to my concerns are as though a robot is responding. Yes I have given up on this machine and No I will never again purchase an LG product. Sorry I can't be any help! Good luck with LG.
Hi David I haven't had any problems with the machine vibrating, just leaking and the door having to be replaced. The machine was leaking through the dispenser drawer because the pipes were all caked up with scum and the technician told me to put a descaler through the machine after he cleaned the pipes. My main concern was with the service department and the stuff ups they kept making. Having to call these overseas call centres is a disgrace frankly as they are unable to do anything to help you and you have to wait hours and sometimes days for someone to call you back. I think this is why I would not buy another LG product.
My washer's door seal just chipped off after 3 years of use. They said it was due to rough handling but I never had door seal damaged with my old front loader from another brand which lasted more than 5 years( changed due to motor issue). Never buy LG products again.
My washer door seal also chipped of. Further it stopped spinning after six years as the bearing had broken.
