Hi I use warm mild soapy water with white cotton flannel and just a tad bit of Bleach. After wiping with the soapy solution wipe again with clean water to get rid of the soap and then let it dry. Do this as soon as you see any sign of dirt appearing as its easier to clean. Hope this helps.

Hello, at least my problem was just that i was not pulling the piece far enough it has to be pulled all the way up in order to cagnge the position on the seat!! It works perfectly!!no need to change the stroller. Hope it helps
My mima seat cant stay on any possition it keeps leaning forward... The car seat doesnt tho, is it the chasis or the carrycot/seat?

The wheel lock is on probably. There are so grey button looking leavers on the bottom front wheels. You need to push them up to release the lock

Unfortunately I don’t know what the issue is, but I was wondering if you had a problem poping in the 2 plastic parts at each end in the bassinet (to keep it in shape)? The side for legs I poped in no problem but the side where the head is supposed to be just won’t go in. I watched youtube vid of how to do it, but nothing helps.

Hi guys, I have a Mima xari stroller. I am trying to use the bassinet alone. Can I use the bassinet alone from the pram or does it have to be attached? Because it seems to go flat when put on the ground. I know it's probably simple but I can't seem to work it out. It's probably my baby dad brain.
Yes you can, there are plastic pieces on each end of the bassinet that keep it from falling and going flat, I watched the install video on YouTube to Assist with assembly. The bassinets should always keep its shape.

I am a purchaser like you. I don't have an answer to your question as I have not had any issue with my nina xari. I have had it now for 10 months maybe you asked the retailer where you purchased it from or maybe a mins staff can answer you here.
How long can a baby stay in a mima xari?
After a year old the stroller isn't good anymore not worth the money.
Hi Mary, I used the bassinet till my daughter was 4 months when she started trying to sit up. Now using the stroller sit. She just turned 6 months +. I tried my friends 2 year old son on it and he fitted properly. I guess the height of your child will be the greatest determining factor. And you no this varies from child to child hope this helps.
