The air fryer used to turn off when I pull the basket out and now it doesn't. Anyone have the same problem?

I purchased my 3.5 air fryer this morning, but it did not have a booklet of instructions in the box. So hard to start using it when no idea of temperatures for various things...i.e. frozen chips

Jump onto Google and type in the model number and there should be a manual you can look at or download what temperature you need for things. I usually leave it on 180 all the time and it works fine

I bought a Mistral 3.5 Air fryer, and one of the little silicon tabs on the rack is missing, can you please tell me how to get another set

Yes still available from Woolworths @ $49. Make sure it has the dial controls and not the digital control panel.

Why does my mistral microwave & air fryer have so much moisture in it after microwaving?? It is very frustrating!!

Check the fan is working in the microwave. Air fryer should have ZERO moisture!

My rack has lost some of its non stick coating even though I have treated this with much care. Are Silicon mats OK to use??? Does Mistral have these for purchase??

This is the problem with these CHEAP air fryers. You get what you pay for. And this one is the cheapest of the cheapies! They are just limited use "disposable" air fryers. When the non-stick coating starts coming off they can become toxic! Just throw it away. I recommend replacing it with a Philips air fryer. Much better quality. Longer lasting, more durable and much better cooking results!

Thank you for your reply. The reason I bought this one was because it Was cheap. Single person usage and not knowing much about it. Discovery of the Air Fryer has made this my most used kitchen item at the moment. If I can purchase a type of liner that I will be able to continue cooking for a period of time, I will certainly try. This have been the best bargain priced product I have bought for a long period of time.

I have only used the minstral airfryer once and it worked very well. The second time I used the airfryer the panel flashed but then converted quiuckly to the four lines. How can I fix this so the panel reappears. I have tried pressing the on/off button. Nlothing seems to work and I continue to ge the horizontal blue lines.

This section for the 3.5L air fryer with the 2 dial controls. Digital control air fryers are unreliable. Suggest you take it back for a refund

Something got burnt on the element, turned the air fryer off and wiped the element down once it had cooled. Fryer won't turn on now. I've never had this happen before. I had a Tefal air fryer for 7 years and it was fine. What is the solution to this issue? We've only had the Mistral one for 3 - 4 months.

The 10l Mistral air fryer from Woolworths has 4 small pieces of plastic attached to the corners of the internal rack/tray. Does this need to be removed prior to cooking? Not sure if it’s part of the packaging but it’s soft plastic that would need to be cut to be removed

I have the 3.5l fryer and it has 4 small black silicone ‘feet’-they hold the tray off the floor of the fryer so the food won’t sit in expelled oil-Hope that helps!

Have had mine for 2 days. It stops cooking with 2 minutes left to go on the timer. Is this a fault ? Or is this how they’re meant to work?
