Mitsubishi 380 DB (2005-2008) Questions & Answers

What are the best ignition leads to put into my 380? I've got NGK Iridium to put in all round. And are manifold gaskets still metal there & or be likely to be replaced? And is there anything else I could need replacing whilst I'm there? I mean specific to all plug change. Timing belt, tensioner etc & water pump being done in a couple weeks too.

My Mitsubishi Magna 380 VRX 2005 model first up in the morning starts well runs well when it warms up after 10 minutes it starts losing power on acceleration and shutters until I release my foot off the accelerator I turn it off and started back up and it runs ok again for 10 mins or so what would be causing that
